If I could give 0 stars I would. Placed a to go order for pickup at 6:30pm, I checked in at 6:30 and was told it would be out shortly which I understand completely so I was fine waiting 5-10 minutes but then 20 minutes came around and I asked again and they told me it would be out shortly. Another 20 minutes came around and still nothing. I went to check in again and was told it would be out shortly. They were not very busy so I did not understand the long wait. I eventually just left without my food and took a loss on the money I paid.

While traveling, through SA we saw the Burger Boy sign, went in and the restaurant was very clean, as well as the rest rooms. I had the classic burger and it was great! I love the fries, too.
