This store is always delaying food orders, if it’s not that it’s something else.. what’s crazy is they’re not even busy to be having these sort of issues. More like burger pawn.

Incredibly slow. Was told to pull up because something wasn’t ready. There was already a car ahead that they also told to pull up to wait. Waited for 3 other cars to get their food before coming inside and finding out they gave my order to a different car. Don’t go to this location

I waited in the drive thru for almost 30 minutes with 2 cars in front and 1 behind me. By the time I got to the window, they had me pull forward and I waited for 15 minutes on an order of fries. Three customers that came after me received their food and before I did.

I know it's a little weird to rate a restaurant that's essentially a franchise because, in hypothesis, every Burger King should be the same.
But oh my god, this place. For about a year, when I worked nearby, the sign said "NOW HIRING NRGEIC STAFF" (they meant "energetic").
I felt like I was being judgy though, so I tried out an Impossible Burger. Oh my god. I don't know what cardboard tastes like but, probably that.
Anyway, they definitely had some nrgeic staff I suppose.

Management and crew are doing a great job. Had a minor mix up but the crew was so kind and polite and fixed my burger no problem. Food has always been hot and fresh when I stop in. Slight issue with the app. But we were able to figure it out. Thank you for the great attitude at the window. Made me smile.

Andre is hands down the most exceptional drive-thru order taker I've ever encountered at Burger King. I have had a lot of bad experiences this caught me by total surprise. Thank you so much sir!
This location employs some of the laziest workers I've ever encountered. Whatever you do DO NOT ORDER VIA GRUBHUB. They never prepare your order correctly.

I ordered a double Whopper with cheese without jalapenos and I get home with my burger and it's stuck to the paper, once I open it and pull it away I noticed it looks like it was microwaved to heat up, you know what cheese looks like when you microwave it well that's what it looked like and the lettuce is all wilted and the tomato also is soft not like as if they had just made the burger. This is the first time I've ever had this bed of an experience at any location. But this is the first time I've been to this location and I can say this, if they're going to microwave to reheat their food then I'll take a hard pass.
