I placed an order on the app around 330 pm and I arrived almost 15 min later and still had to wait another 15 min for my order!!! That is ridiculous. What is the point of the app if it’s not gonna be ready when I arrive or at least almost ready! They were not busy at all. There was no one in the drive thru either when I arrived! They honey mustard wrap didn’t have honey mustard on it at all! The burgers were not very hot! This is unexceptionable!! Do not recommended coming to this location!!!

3/16/24 afternoon. We got out of our car and walked by a middle age Burger King female associate with dyed red hair, wearing a drivethrough headset, as she was chatting away with someone parked in front of the store. Went inside, no one was around but a guy working on a drive through order, who didn't acknowledge us. The place smells like it's not cleaned well. Sat there for about 3 or 4 minutes as the woman continued to talk outside until the guy working drivethrough stopped and told another guy, that was apparently somewhere in the back, that we were up front. That guy came out, didnt say anything to us, went outside and told the girl we were waiting. She STILL didn't come in but kept talking for another minute or so. Then she comes in, gets behind the register, doesn't look at us, or smile, but dryly says "Sorry for the wait, how can I help you?"SERIOUSLY? Like you didn't know we pulled up and got out RIGHT NEXT TO you? Like WE didn't know you were just out there BLOWING US OFF? She was absolutely ridiculous.THEN. The guy in the drive through asked her to stop and come ring him out for him real quick because his drivethrough order has been finished for some time and they just need to pay.We just left. Don't go here. They don't CARE. At all. And by the smell of the place, your stomach will pay for it with some cross-contamination or bacterial illness caused by filth.

I arrived at this place and walked up to the counter, but no one came to take my order for around 15 minutes or more, which felt like forever. After finally placing my order, it took a long time to get our food. We arrived a little after 7 pm but received our food at 8:10 pm. Throughout this time, my 6-year-old kept asking where our food was. To make matters worse, they messed up my order, and only one burger came instead of two. Overall, I would not recommend this place at this time.

All I ordered were 2 crunch wraps for myself with no tomato one honey mustard the other regular classic. We waited 22 minutes just to be told the classic was not available and I declined to get it, just give me the regular honey mustard no tomato. Not only did I get a Chicken nugget wrapped in a flower burrito Tortilla it has 2 globs of mustard also with tomato as well as lettuce. Absolutely disgusting I hate that I even stopped for convenience I will never in my life do it again. Location wind crest San Antonio Texas

Everything had to be asked for there was no napkins available, no straws, and no ketchup. They had everything available at the counter and they were very helpful to get it. But there was nothing available at the front. They had a homeless problem because it was a bus route right in front of the store. It was homeless people just Milling about everywhere. I don't recommend to go to this place at night. But at lunch time it is pretty nice and slow.I know the pictures it looks like there are napkins and straws but I waited till they put them out before I took the pictures. I did bring it to their attention.

Customer service not something to be commended here. Quite the opposite. No receipt, no napkins, no straws given with our drive thru order. Had to go inside to get them. The manager woman, at least she acted like she was in charge, was rude when indicated the errors made on the order. Acknowledged she forgot items, but rolled her eyes anyways while taking her sweet time to give said items to me. I say sweet time because I had come inside to get her assistance and she finished three other drive thru orders before coming back with my items, even though they were already sitting on the grill. Further made rude comments regarding extra condiments. I understand that there are rules, but there is also a courteous method to go about telling the customer when something cannot be done. After making impatient faces while handing me the correct items that we paid for, she turned her back to me without another word. I was excited to try the new Shroom and Swiss melt, so I ordered from this location as it was the nearest from my friends house. When I arrived home, I was deeply saddend to find out the mushrooms were spoiled. Tge mysgroom were sour and burned my tongue when I bit into it. I called the location and NO ONE ANSWERED ! I called 5 times and still no answer. Can someone contact me for a refund!! I hope I don't get sick from eating the mushroom! Idk how they couldn't smell it was bad. Wish I could give negative stars. I'll keep trying to contact them.

I haven't eaten the food yet, so maybe if it's phenomenal, I could give two whole stars. I'm still waiting in line as I type this, it's been 40 minutes. They missed me when I got to the speaker, so I assumed you were meant to order at the window. As soon as I pulled forward, they ask the person behind me for their order. The car in front of us gets their food and leaves, and I have to order when I should have been getting mine as well. They tell me to pull up and ~20 more minutes has passed, so my boyfriend pulls into a parking space and goes inside to see if he can get a status. Still waiting as I type this. Just remembered why I don't like Burger King.Edit: This is the first time I've ever disliked mozzarella sticks
