You walk into this location then this young guy (gen Z) at the counter looks anything but happy to be there—he's not even helpful with those lazy stance...It's quite straightforward, if you aren't happy in your job, maybe it's time to move on...there are plenty of people who would appreciate the opportunity

Only the second time I've been there.. both times the lady at the register with clueless.. but this time I had to return my sandwich because it was wet and wreaked of ammonia.. and made me gag..unbelievable.. I don't know what's going on there but I won't step back inside again

This is the nicest staff ever ! I come almost every week every since I found put they had cookie monster ice cream. And bruh ! Thee nicest staff ! Never ever a problem and always got my order on point. I live way far from here but I refuse to go to any other dunkin/ baskin robbins. I'm a starbucks girlie tbh but if I'm gonna go to dunkin I'm only coming to this one. They can have all my money ! Top tier staff !!

My wife went to get me a coffee from here and it was terrible not only that she ordered donuts with sprinkles and they had put halloween sprinkles on my donuts like if I wanted to eat expired sprinkles.

Slow drive through, I saw a huge roach while I was waiting in line on the wall behind cashier. Poor manners and did I say slow ? Wait consistently over 20ish minutes when your just getting a coffee .

It's sunday and i'm making my dunkin run , I ask for caramel and it's tastes like black coffee with cream. they re made it , still tasted like there was NO caramel. asked for my money back and they tried to give me a lesser amount. anyway i got my correct amount but whoever making the coffee sucks 👎🏾
