I don't like writing a review but enough is enough. I've been coming here for a while now because it close to where I live. And every time I get coffee the mess it up so bad that it leave a bad taste in my mouth. I ordered a COLDBREW and they assumed I wanted cream and sugar. Then I asked them I just wanted a cold brew with foam top like in the app. Instead they gave me a black coffee with foam on top. Seriously taste nothing like a cold brew. I threw it away wasted my money, tip, and donation. Dunking Seriously need corporate down here or something and train these people.

Past few times I’ve come my orders are always missing something whether it be food or on my drink … I personally don’t care if the workers are talking only to each other and having fun but please atleast make sure my order is right before giving me everything then shutting the window and then getting irritated with me when I ask for something im missing

This store messes up my orders too frequently. I’m constantly missing items. You really need to do a better job at verifying your orders. Especially the DoorDash orders. You put the delivery drivers in a bad position when they show up with less than half the order. And most times the bags aren’t even sealed. Do better please.

I always go there and have never had any issues with the coffee or breakfast. However, I recently preordered a birthday cake for my daughter's birthday because she loves ice cream cake. I know I could have gone to Walmart /Carvel, but this was my first time ordering from Baskin-Robbins. Unfortunately, I don't think I'll be ordering from them again.
The cake I ordered had way too much frosting and tasted overly artificial due to the food coloring. The balance of vanilla and chocolate was also off, with too much chocolate compared to the vanilla. While the cake looked pretty, I didn’t enjoy it at all. I'll be sticking with Walmar/aCarvel cakes for now.
In terms of service, there was one lady who was busy helping another customer. A guy saw me waiting for quite a while and could have assisted me, but he chose to ignore me.
