Absolute worse service. I'm not sure what these people are serving, but it's not donuts. They have been out the last 3 times I was there. Very poorly managed.

Ordered, waited at the window, then a girl tells me they are out of the everything bagels. Told her a plain bagel is fine, she left and never came back there was 5 cars behind me, no one took my payment, cars were honking behind me, then I saw her point to me to another worker then some guy came to the window NEVER SPOKE TO ME. Gave them my card paid waited another 3 min to get my coffee and cold bagel. I waited 15 min to get helped and 3 min to get my stuff. It was ridiculous.

I think this Dunkin is completely unprofessional, I went thru the drive thru ordered a coffee for my friend and I and the total was $8.95 that was told me when I got to the window then after he swiped my card ( touch paid ) I get the receipt and it said $11 and some change I quickly looked at the coffee prices I ordered and there was a automatic tip that was charged to my bill without my knowledge of $2.47 bringing my bill to the $11 I was complaining disappointed that I wasn’t even given the chance to decide if I wanted to tip and I asked for the difference back to card and yet to even receive my refund there was no sorry or care that even happen they are rude and very inconsiderate.

Extremely disappointed in this location. I did a drive thru mobile order and waited for 20 mins, when I drove up to the window there were at least 4 employees. All attending to the lobby customers and none to drive thru. There were at-least 5 cars behind me in the drive thru. My order was 2 coffee.

They finally reopened the store. The inside is absolutely beautiful. However my experience here was quite disappointing. The food was okay, and the drinks were made incorrectly. Will probably just go to Shipley.

Sticker read Jamocha but the shake was apple pie or something else and not what was ordered. I couldn't drink it due to pie crust pieces. I have Celiac so I gave it to my oldest.

The best service ever! And they have an iced coffee Pink Velvet flavor drink there and it’s the BOMB! .a girl who looks like SZA works there she helped me, she was the one who informed me of this coffee drink! Thank you so much was so delicious I love BR!!!❤️
