It's all about the service here. They have their system down. They always get my order right, seem to take care to making my burger, and every staff interaction is friendly and professional. I'm not even a huge fan of the burgers but I still choose this over other burger spots, for the service. Spot on, friends.

Absolutely THE very best burgers you can get at a fast food drive thru, and the milkshakes are delicious. The service was quick and polite.
Food was good and the the employees were very friendly, but wow it was busy and the parking lot was a complete cluster. Would go again but maybe not at the dinner rush.

I’m not a big In & Out fan but the wife and kids love it so I must go. That being said? The place is always running like a well oiled machine, always clean. Food and customer service easily the best I’ve ever seen and experienced. Their system is quite frankly flawless. Their only flaw is “no chicken”. Everything else is easily the best. Kudos to the staff that is 100% in on customer service.

Restaurant literally had just opened the doors and area around the fountain drink machines was FILTHY. I mean there was trash and what appeared to be citrus pulp from the day before in the drains. It wasn't a little bit either, it was quite a bit. If that was left dirty, one can only imagine what else was dirty...
Only place I can take my assistant who is celiac and has many other food allergies - they have always made sure there is no cross contamination. Although which their new employees - I do think they might need a little more sensitivity to allergies training, she did get sick the one of the last times we ate there. We have since been and everything was ok!

Ah. Memories of my years in California. The food is simple, but good. Prices are very reasonable. Love the grilled whole slice of onion on the burger, and the fresh cut fries are great. Their ordering set up is fast and friendly. Food was served quickly and wrapped up well to eat in the car. They even give you paper placemats for your lap. Lol

We do not have one in our neighborhood, so wherever we go to a town that has In-N-Out, we make sure demonstrate stop by. My two teenage sons absolutely love it. They usually order items that aren't on the menu, like 3x3 or 4x4 (haha). The fries have a unique texture, probably because they are made from real potatoes. The sauce is delicious, and if you ask, they will even give you extra spread to put on the bun.
