Came for tenders and some fries, both food items were cold and tasted like they had been sitting around for a hour. Fries were hard and the tenders were chewy. These people should be ashamed. Don't waste your money at this place.

Sides were fine but i didn't get my sauce. As I was asked I gave KFC chicken another chance and i was most disappointed. The chicken itself tasted fine.But what makes the fried chicken most important is the fried batter and it was lacking both in volume and in crispness i shouldn't have to order extra crispy for a normal piece of chicken so after a better part of a decade KFC still can't remember how to make fried chicken right so I will not be returning time to go back to popeye's also the place stank baaaad.

Service was great. The person pleasantly asked me if I wanted the 10 piece combo. Then told me they only had two pieces of what I wanted and would I like something else. No. I wouldn’t. Yet another visit to this chicken restaurant that has no chicken available. They aren’t alone. We haven’t gone to church’s in years because they never had chicken ready and always messed up our orders.

Not very friendly to delivery couriers. Do not forget we are delivering for your PAID customers. Women's tone at the drive thru was completely different from the person in front of me and treated the dasher behind me in line the same way.

Place smelled like sewer, one of the managers had reached to grab chicken from tray n her arm pits were all over the chicken
1st. The staff have no manners. My husband ordered 2 piece white thru drive thru & we always check our food before we leave any restaurant. They give us dark meat & of course hubby has to get out of car & go inside. Isn't the purpose of drive thru us not to get off? He goes in & no appogie

Hadn't had KFC since I left Ohio 6 years ago but once on Blanco, it was perfect!! The meal I got on May 1 2025 at the Walzem place was by no means KFC quality!!!!..... Original was SO full of grease it was sickening!! I paid 28.00 for 4 pc 2 breast 2 thigh LG pg LG cs 2 biscuits...worst so called food I've ever purchased!!! I though about it later.... on of my thighs... when I lifted the skin.... THE MEAT WAS GONE!!!!!
