First off, I haven’t had KFC in about 5 years.. I went to this location on Sept 23rd and it was a good experience. I went on Nov 24, and well, not so much 🤷♂️
I went to the drive thru and placed my order in about a minute or so. I was hoping the chicken wouldn’t be cold…It was fresh, hot, and was everything I could’ve asked for. I got the 18 piece mixed with two large sides and 8 biscuits. The two sides (mac and cheese/ mashed potatoes) were filled nicely and tasted incredible. The biscuits were so warm and fluffy. They gave me the perfect amount of hot sauce and honey. Everything was great this visit.
Edit: I went back Nov 24 at around 7 pm and bought a 12 piece mixed. The chicken was soggy and 5 of the 12 pieces were missing skin (it was on the bottom of the bucket) I don’t know what happened but temper your expectations ppl. I am changing the review from 5 to 3 stars, and adding a picture of this chicken. Y’all can do better than this!

First of all I haven’t had KFC in years I saw this add about the tenders and decided to try them, worse tenders I’ve ever tried, these seem like they have been sitting there all day or even from yesterday, disgusting. The fries too they are so old that is hard to chew. Definitely not coming back here .

This places is terrible managed. The manager here is absolutely terrible she has given me the worse experience and I didn't come for food or to order t the entire experience in the store dealing with the store manager. Sometimes it's not the crew members it's the managers that's the problem why a restaurant can't succeed despite having a made out blueprint to do so. This location had always been terrible.

The chicken was salty and it took a hour and 20 minutes just to get the food. Some of the employees on the night shift were rude. The location on Fm78 is way better and they are faster. This location will not be getting my money anymore.

I ordered the 8 piece CRISPY, large mashed potatoes with gravy, large mac n cheese, large fries and 4 biscuits. I received 6 original pieces, large container half full of mashed potstoes, no gravy, a large container for fries but half full and no biscuits. My order was supposed to be ready at 8:25 but was ready at 8:50. People were coming in from the drive thru asking how long the food was going to take. When I got home and noticed my order wasn't correct I tried calling and no one ever answered....MONEY WASTED!!!!

The guy in drive thru who was taking orders, was walking the orders out and responding to the customers on front counter. Another young crew member approached me and he helped me with a missing cup. And the young man who brought my order out was friendly. Nice job! The manager (Mary) didn't greet me (as she was the one on the register). When taking my order, she looked irritated. I ordered two meals, a spicy chicken sandwich, and an 8 piece nugget at $38.39. Mary only gave me one cup and walked off. She was standing literally like 10 feet away from me and never acknowledged me. She was standing in the kitchen, chit chatting with the crew, laughing and sharing a beef jerkey stick while on the clock in front of customer service view. A crew member dropped a white container on the floor and placed it back on the assembly table instead of the sink. There was no sweet tea in the lobby, a few tables needed cleaning and the parking lot needed attention. It wasn't a bad experience, but the manager Mary's professionalism to her position and environment impacted my overall experience.
