Got a family 8 piece bucket , 2 of the 8 were mini Chicken had little meat . Waste of money. What a rip off . Paid $30 for food that tasted horrible and no meat . The macaroni was the only thing that was good in meal . Don’t eat here . Take your business elsewhere where .

I went to KFC to get some tender chicken strips and they said that they had a cook was gonna take it like three hours to cook them and if you go to that wall on location in San Antonio, you might want to think twice and going there for service sucks All the fast food restaurants in San Antonio suck I just went home and ate some Ramen noodles save my money

I ordered a 3pc meal through the drive thru and I checked the food to be sure it was correct and two of my 3 pieces of chicken were super tiny. I asked the guy who was at drive thru he said he would CHARGE me for an extra piece. I said I already paid extra for the white meat I just wanted a bigger piece. He said no so I drove off. I had another errand to run so I called back to ask for a manager. Sylvia answered and she was awesome! She explained she has new staff that are in training and offered to replace my meal. I went back and received a fresh order, and this was 15mins before closing! Sylvia has excellent customer service skills and I will return to this location. I drove out of my way to this location because the KFC by my house is awful.

I’m giving 5 stars to the young cashier who took my order through drive thru. She had great customer service. Before driving away from parking lot I checked my order, to see one of my sides was wrong. I get off and go inside and it was nice and clean (never been inside before) i complemented the cashier about the restaurant appearance. Cashier asked what was wrong and as I was going to speak… the old white lady (the manager) was telling her “ that was a pickup order, she shouldn’t be going through the order.” Because I did open the box to show it was wrong but I did not walk in there with attitude or anything. It was the way she saying it that made me look at her look at her like what or who is she talking about. And the poor young cashier looked just as confused as me. So I then tell the young girl “oh it was just one wrong side,” so I gave her the wrong one and told her what it was suppose to be. At this moment this disrespectful manager started yelling “don’t take that back from her, just let her keep it.. anyways we’re just going to throw it anyways, just give her what she wanted.” And the poor young girl looked at me embarrassed and I felt just as bad. As the cashier handed me back the sides, I told her “thank you so much and thank you for your great customer service.” With a big smile, I hope she knew that was genuine. This woman’s management skills that she has, is a reason why places like this can’t keep their staff and their turnover is so bad. Management should never treat their employees like this. And because of the management I’m giving the atmosphere a 1 star. I really hope corporate sees this and investigates. No one, no matter what age should have to be treated like this.

GREAT NUGGETS OMG.....i'll never go to Chick-fil-A again...... I've been to this KFC a few times now... the people have been so kind, patient, so sweet and thoughtful.... today I had Jasmine who saved me a little cash by helping me change my ala cart order to a meal....she could've let me pay it but her honesty is truly noted...i'll drive out of my way to this location.....would have given five stars for the store but the soda machine leaks water of some sort when you're pushing the lever to get your drink out.... made me a little nervous about drinking it...i did tell them and they were aware..... I'm sorry I didn't take any photos I left my phone in the car but everything looks like the pictures as far as food goes and the store was clean from what I could see and I didn't use the restroom.

These people can't get an order right, so take the time and check your order, because if u order multiple items they WILL mess it up.

Went for my first time to the new KFC at Potranco and Dugas and ordered a 3-piece combo. I get home (5 miles of traffic) and it was a 2 piece, when the receipt said 3-piece combo. I then call the manager and she tells me they are going to make it good by giving me 3 additional pieces if i wanted to go back. I said yes. I drove back to the drive-through I identify myself and the cashier hands me a bag and after arriving back home it's only 1-piece. What the f%$#*?Needless to say, it was my first and last time there! Not recommended!

I came to this location about 6 months ago and had fresh food and great customer service. I have a location close to me on FM 78 but I Refuse to eat there and will continue to go out of my way to get fresh food and customer

Food and service was good and I understand people working here have children that need to come in and wait for them to get off or someone else to pick them up but they need to have respect for other guests and not be throwing toy around or playing at the soda fountainKid-friendliness: Need to keep kids under control and be sure they respect others
