What a racist!!! A white blonde hair women who check the enter/exist (left door) she checks me twice on my out when I literally put my shopping cart in front of her and stop to buy a subway sandwich right next to it. In my way back out she check me again..really? While waiting for my sandwich to be done. I looked over she's ONLY check mexican, black and asian who enter to shop and and on way out. She let's her type of skin go and never asks to check with smiles and greeting them. This is in urgent of act should have stop. OMG!!!Really racist and rude person. SERIOUSLY!!! Never want to go here again since I'm 10 years customers at this Walmart.

Althea the manager in the front end is amazing! She always has a positive attitude and she knows how to get things done. I always see her hustling and helping out where she is needed. God sent

I knew this Walmart was bad that I didn't realize it was that bad. Yesterday I simply came in to return an item that I did not need to get a refund. So the first person I saw once I got in the door and handled my return request, along with getting my information she must have had a bad day but she kind of raised her voice and said in a rude way why didn't you take it to the Kitty Hawk store? I said kind of jokingly, ..so you can have a job helping me." She came right back , "i already have a job." I held my breath and went on, but is this the kind of customer service you see right when you enter the store?? But i guess this was my mistake, because I knew of bad reviews with this store. Walmart corporate needs to take a serious look at the management and staff of this facility. We, the customers, are not going to put up with it.

Safe int he store outside though was a bit terrifying. In my journey to find a specific item I was lead here, and man was it an adventure. The staff seemed nicer than some of the other locations in the city but outside ( at night) was somewhat scary. The parking needs real security not a huge towering camera.

Legit the laziest. Anytime I ask for something at sporting good section I have to wait crazy long times for individual to come help. I even go to other departments to have them attempt to page someone. Literally 45 minutes waiting for someone to come open a case. I'm not even exaggerating, 45 minutes....Straight trash!!!

I hate being at the nail station and waiting for 20 minutes for anyone to come and ask if I need help !! Of course I need help lady !!! Ughhh

I was shopping at the Electronics dept. on September 9th 2018; had a run in with Rick one employee that throws temper tantrums when an employee or a customer asks for help. I witness him yelling at the top of his voice, "WHAT"! He turned red and grind his teeth. The incident happen more than once & the employees around him tip toe around him. Elizabeth the supervisor that evening stated she would notify management. I called manager Mark Garza that was in meetings all week. A week later when I finally got a hold of him; he knew nothing about the situation. He told me that Rick was a complimentary employee. I told Mr. Garza that if anything happen at Walmart because of an employee by the name of Rick this will be all over the news..,

This place has improved since before. The groceries look fresher. They just need more cashiers available.

This store does not accept Coupons.com or any printed coupons. Of course they don't tell you until you have reached the the check out. There are no signs stating their policy and the policy is in effect some weeks and on other weeks it isn't. The self checkout machines accept the coupons. The manager stated that they had been "taken" for thousands of dollars and this was his policy.

Excellent staff that really cares about how clean it is and treats you like you're the only customer in the world. This is now our Wal-Mart!

I'd rather take my business elsewhere. It ridiculous the people they currently have employed hopefully better training and experience will help them out cause they are TERRIBLE. They would not give me a refund to a walmart gift WITH MY RECEIPT AND ID. Items purchase in same store just a couple of minutes prior, even exchanging the items would have been great. They obviously did not care whatsoever. Sad that they represent walmart.

I am leaving a review so I can complement a single worker at your store. There is one of your people named Brenda who every time I am there she goes out of her way to be friendly and helpful. I have never seen such an outstanding employee at any Wal-Mart. This woman is the best and I hope that you cam recognise her for her hard work and excellent customer relations.

Basically Walmart is Walmart wherever you go. All the Walmart workers really don't have any customer service at all, and when I ask for help nobody ever seems to know where anything is. I do like the self check out that they offer at this location. At the front and there were some Boy Scouts selling little camp cards which I ended up purchasing and I've been here before and there was also soliciting as well. Make sure you're either ready with your cash at the door or ready to say no thank you because I feel like there is constantly soliciting at this Walmart.

Will never shop there again. Garden dep. has the rudest Ppl. worken there.Stood there for 15min. and could not get any Help. The Female messed around with dead Plants while the male worked the Register.I was told he would help me since it was very heavy. He never came and kept on checking out while she messed with dead plants and then went behind the Register when more Ppl. showed up.Never got any Help. Thank you Walmart for Employing rude Ppl.
