Honestly, I don’t usually write reviews like this, but this experience really left a bad taste — and not from the food.

My wife and I were both exhausted and just wanted a night off from cooking. She was craving wings, so we placed an order from Wingstop on Walzem, thinking it would be a quick, easy treat. We spent around $40… and immediately regretted it.

The order came out wrong, which can happen — but when I called to politely ask for a refund or at least have it corrected, I was bounced around on hold multiple times. The manager’s tone was cold and dismissive, and she kept putting me on hold mid-sentence. There was no apology, no ownership. Just the bare minimum.

At a time when customer service matters more than ever, it’s disappointing to be treated like an inconvenience for simply asking for what you paid for. That $40 could’ve easily gone to a neighborhood pizza place — and I bet they’d have gotten it right and treated us better too.

This isn’t just about wings — it’s about respect. I hope this location starts taking customer care seriously.

Cashier had the audacity to say “I’m the only cashier” after my food sat unbagged for 5 minutes while she looked around, got on her phone, walked around the restaurant, you can tell she cannot understand the team aspect and sees the kitchen is slammed and can’t grasp helping but would rather do what she pleases

Ordered a delivery order and wings were missing and whoever bagged the order put the carrots on top of the fries. Counting and knowing that the carrots should have been placed on top of the ranch that was on the side of box of wings not on top of hot French fries isn’t rocket science 🤦🏽‍♂️

We ordered a special that was supposed to include fries but the fries were not delivered. The manager refused to make it right despite the receipt. Avoid at all costs!

This every time I order from here either they get the order wrong or everything isn’t in the bag they need new management new crew so called manager was to lazy and sorry to come to the phone this time they forgot my large ranch dressing. I will go back to Wingstop on Austin Hwy I hate they don’t deliver to my address and when I called back they immediately put me on hold when I called to see if the store manager was the same from the last time they jacked up my order. This location just needs to close down.

We was getting it Delivered but then he called me said road was closed so couldn't deliver my food and trying get my money back is a joke, he wouldn't answer my phone call then said he reported it and they'll call me within 5 days to talk to me about it before giving money back, funny thing is why on phone with him people were getting food delivered to the hotel left and right and told him that and his don't see how road closed, so out 60 bucks so be careful people, never again here.

I would give 0 stars if I could they was supposed to deliver got some drive that said he deliver to us but we never received anything and the say they can't do anything about it we need to talk to the driver well contacted the driver he said he returned it to store and they say there's nothing they can do about it

ROACHES!!!!!
I have been eating here off and on for a few years now. and the last 3 times I went, there where roaches walking along the wall, and one time on the floor. It's a little hard to see them because the floor is dark. The 1st time it was just 1, I told the staff and they apologized. The second time it was 2 also walking along the wall. Told staff, but they seemed young and confused in what to do. The last time I asked for a manager and she just apologized. I asked if they also have them in the back where the food was and they just stared confused and apologized. Anyway. I was disgusted each time and left mid way. But lesson learned and I can't ever eat at an establishment where they have roaches actively in the eating spaces. (Each incident was months apart)

I understand being busy but if you know you’re busy, why stand around and talk and laugh? You have so many people waiting for their orders, yet your conversations matter more than the timers going off. I don’t mind waiting but waiting because yall aren’t doing the job you got hired for is just unacceptable.
