Sunday @ 1 PM went through drive thru. Got home and fries were cold and stale / soggy. Chicken was also cold and the "tenders" were more like small chicken nuggets. Not even the shape of a tender. Would call and complain but not gonna even waste my time.

This store managers especially the male at night service is beyond horrible the way I see how they interact with the employees treat employees like they’re nothing as horrible. I’ve been here quite a few times I try to give them the benefit of the doubt, but today was my last straw coming to this place. I would rather drive all the way to the Cibolo to go to Zaxby’s, then come to this one anymore, it is a shame. This is a new location and it’s this bad.

I like the farmhouse atmosphere this place brings.
The chicken fingers are a little small for my liking, but I will say they are very juicy. It's not exactly full of flavor, but that's what the dipping sauce is for.
The spicy garlic and the zax sauce are my favorite.
If you're feeling famished, I would definitely order more than 4 tenders.
They are a little pricey, but overall, they are pretty good.

My first visit to Zaxby’s Chicken Fingers & Buffalo Wings was a few days ago at their San Antonio Metro location, 7301 IH 35 N, Windcrest, Texas. Although I had only heard about Zaxby’s in the past and even tried a DIY version of their sauce from a Pinterest recipe before they expanded west, this was my first time trying the real thing.
I was impressed by how delicious and flavorful the food was. The chicken fingers were crispy and tender, and the Buffalo wings were perfectly spiced. The highlight for me was definitely the famous Zaxby’s sauce, which I enjoyed so much that I used it on my fries instead of ketchup. Overall, the meal was satisfying, and the sauce lived up to the hype.

The forgot my strawberry sauce for my cheesecake bites. I asked if I can bring them in for a fresh order and said they would only give me the sauce. This is egregious! How can you have fried cheesecake bites with a sauce and eat them cold!

Used to eat at one in Hernando MS every week. So glad San Antonio finally got one!! It’ll be a weekly thing here too! Bobby W did an excellent job with us today. Food was hot n tasty and ready before we completed getting our drinks!! Tea was fresh too!!
