Zaxbys Chicken Fingers & Buffalo Wings

Buyer beware! Pulled up to the window, I assume the cashier is mute & doesn't speak. As she didn't say a single word to me during the transaction. While waiting for my order, I reviewed the receipt. Everything seemed correct but something told me to hold on to it. I was informed that there wasn't enough wings so they substituted some tenders, ok. I left & come to work to find out they didn't pack the dip! I only eat wings with dip, ranch! I now have hot wings & no dip. I did order it as it was noted on the ticket.
So, I called to place to ask what do they do in a case like this, considering I dropped over $40 for wings & fries. The manager claims there isn't much that she can do, she offered 10% my next meal. I can get 10% pretty much anywhere when I show my veteran status. So this doesn't do anything for me but deter me from coming here again. Sad!
So, to avoid this I advise all to check their bags to ensure the order is 100% correct. Too bad if it clogs the drive thru or avoid leaving the window to park while they take your order to you. You will not get what you paid for & management wont be able to do much for you.

Tacos were amazing it was my first time trying them. Service was great. Very fast. Only thing is I have to pull up every time for the tacos because they weren't prepared ahead of time which I don't mind it was prepared fresh. Strawberry lemonade is A1! Some of the best!

From the beginning it was a great experience. Kayla R helped us at the counter and did an excellent job. She suggested the best food option for us and was so nice and friendly. The food was very good too I highly recommend coming to this location to eat

I will never buy Zaxby’s ever again. I drove all the way home only to be completely disappointed when I opened my order. I ordered the lemon pepper wings meal, and what I received was shocking, tiny wings that looked like someone had just sprinkled seasoning over bare bones. A few pieces were passable, but overall, the quality was pathetic. Bland stale fries that probably sat as I waited for the wings. My time and $29 wasted. I should have taken pictures of how pathetic the wings were. Do better Zaxby’s. I really hope what I received isn’t what all your customers are receiving.

The place is worth trying it's good however the sauces aren't that great would like to see more flavor the hottest sauce wasn't even hot 😂
