Really good. I liked the empanadas, fish tacos, shrimp tacos, beef quesadilla. I think I liked everything I ate.The folks working were friendly, they cooked everything to order. Highly recommend.

I don’t give many five star reviews but this places deserves it.My review is based on the tacos because I don’t get much else. With that said I’ll make three recommendations you should try.1) grilled shrimp tacos on flour tortillas2) grilled fish tacos on flour3) fajitas beef on double corn (trust me on the double corn).You won’t be disappointed. They also have good Mexican rice and shrimp basket.

So good!!! We just left this place for lunch. We are traveling in an RV and drove through town and decided to stop in here. I’m glad we did!! Everyone there was so incredibly sweet and friendly. The food was fantastic! The vibe of the restaurant reminded us of a little place in Mexico, which is a high compliment for us! We tried a bunch of items, chips and queso, Caribbean ceviche, grilled fish taco, grilled shrimp taco, fried shrimp taco and Mexican rice. All was fantastic! I would certainly go back and they gave us suggestions for next time we stop in. I would be here often if I lived here!! Just a great place!

Absolutely amazing! I never leaves a review I just felt like I had too this time. I got the quesadilla and it was the best I've ever had! They were very friendly and playing really good music. I'll be back asap!

Literally the BOMB! I got grilled shrimp tacos on flour.. my BF got them on corn and we both devoured them! Got some ceviche Togo as well to try out. 10/10 recommend

Best fresh tacos in Texas. I am really glad that I turned around to enjoy this place. Great atmosphere and decor, I also enjoyed talking with the owners. They were happy to make what I wanted and were very accommodating. I'm sure all of the menu options are just as delightful as what I enjoyed. There is a pick-up window for carryout as well. Highly recommended! ?Vegetarian options: All of the ingredients were very fresh. I got avocado as well, and it was like they just ripened that day.

Nice little hole in the wall that me and my uncle found by mistake (we got lost) but surprisingly very nice. The aesthetic is an island theme and the owner was so sweet. The tacos were different from normal ones we're used to but the flavor was there. The salsa had a gentle kick to it. The tamale was tasty, and the quesadilla was excellent. Clean bathrooms too. Hope more people are able to find this place

First of all the food is cooked fresh while you wait. I had the grilled shrimp taco and it was flavorful tender and fresh. My friend had what was pictured. The steak was loaded with tender meat. The chicken had a wonderful Caribbean flavor. But the Caribbean rice was the absolute star of the show! Full of tender shrimp, chicken tomatoes and onions. We loved it so much we ordered a bowl to take with us. The location is easy on and off I-10 in Winney. The restaurant has three tables and lots of counter seats. It is painted and decorated with a Caribe flair. Very clean bathrooms! Excellent attentive service from the owners. I highly recommend you pop in for a taco or two and some of that fabulous rice!

It's very hard for me to pass by Winnie Texas without stopping at Chef Finny's. Everything here is delicious. Their food is also presented. Everything is always fresh and hot. Beef Fajita Plate is the bomb.

Absolutely blown away ?! Surprising delicious takes on foods, with a super friendly staff and spotless eye for cleanliness. The shrimp were crisp on the outside, imaginatively seasoned and juicy on the inside. Really such a lovely surprise!!

Who would ever believe that such beautifully crafted food could be found in the sleepy little town of Winnie! Chef Finney is a master in the kitchen. Everything we have had was top notch. Today we had a grilled fish torta. It is loaded with a generous portion of tasty fish and creative toppings. The side order of fries was a nice size. The grilled shrimp taco was nicely topped and as good as it gets. Same for the fish taco. The Caribbean rice could be a meal in itself and delicious. This is one of the tastiest places in south east Texas!
