The Dunkin app and this google says open 24 hours and that is not true. I placed a mobile order and when I went in they said that Dunkin is not open 24 hours it is closes at 3am and opens at 5 am. This is why I canceled my Dunkin app and why I only go when I have to because we are truck drivers. When I stated multiple times that they needed to update the hours it was we are just workers the owner has to change. I stood there while the order was going off the man worker didn’t even acknowledge me until I asked if there was someone there to complete my mobile order.

Don’t bother with the morning crew. They CANNOT make coffee right. I asked for a latte! The coffee they handed me looked like regular coffee. It was initially bitter, I asked for more caramel but it didn’t taste right either way. Please teach your employees to make coffee the right way.

Ordered a drink, took a sip of it and it was not good. Took it back inside for a replacement and they refused even though they acknowledged that there were complaints about this item.
Their fuel is also higher priced, the restroom was disgusting, and just a few more miles up the road is Bucee’s.
Based on this experience, I wouldn’t stop here if they offered me a free drink.
