They have never gotten an order right the first time. They always make you pull around the front, so when they mess your order up, you will have to go inside to argue with them. This place needs new management!!

Friday night go thru drive at 11:10 pm and they close at midnight. We asked for cheese burger combo with FF, and coke. And they told us they was not cooking hamburgers tonight only FF. So when we get to window we asked and they said they was closed I said your sign says you close at midnight. Looks like the night manager not doing their job. I'm sure it's not their first time closing early. Company could be losing money from them closing hour early. Your a hamburger place you can't say your not cooking hamburgers tonight.

Literally the best Jack n box in a 150 mile radius. Always fresh food, Parking literally next door for large vehicles. People genuine and patient. If you on a travel and pass thru this area, try it for yourself

Get there at 930 at night. The door says it closes at 10 for inside. That was wrong. So I ordered online. What said it does walk out until midnight. That was wrong. Did not know that when I ordered and waited 30 minutes outside for my food. Just for the lady to say we don't do that. And a few minutes later, Of me explaining it to her. she said, "What did you order? Alll go get it for you. .
Beware! Cashiers will sneak in high predatory drink fees without your knowledge then refuse to refund. $6 for two small drink cups is robbery when we didn’t ask for a drink. In the building water drips from the ac ceiling vents. Only positive food came out promptly.
