Customer service was the best I wanted to have a customized ice cream which they didn't have but the drive thru lady guided me to DQ ..... Going out of the way to serve was best.

The food was tasty. However Mr McDonald's would be ashamed of how slow the service is. The employees and manager are very nice. But super slow people were yelling at them and each other out of frustration. The manager had to go home because his dogs got out of the kennel. When he is not there total kaos! And was extremely slow even after he got back. The drive thru line wrapped around the building and there were only like maybe 10 people inside including me. Basically empty inside and they thought they were busy. Really they need to fix how slow they are. At least the food was delicious!

I ordered thru the kiosk, for whatever reason, the food seemed to take along time to come out. The burger was ok but the fries were trash...overdone crumbs. Not sure if i'll ever go back to that McDonalds. Tried to let the server know about the fries, but she was too busy being mad at me because I told her Ididnt get my drink.

Foods good, use the app to place your order, you get points and those points can be redeemed. This store is one of the better ones. Avoid the Beaumont stores. Last I checked the ladies running this store are awesome. But I do here its night and day. Bad reviews in the evening. Its like the All stars at the morning shift.
