The only downside is Sonic has decided to change their app where the 1/2 price drink special dies not automatically load on your order and you now have to manually apply it. Very sneaky of them.

This place has gone down hill food was completely disgusting if I could score it a zero I would fries where so dark and tasted like old grease the burger patty was also crunchy do not recommend they will not get any more of my money

The ordering machines are hard to hear and they can't get what I'm trying to say and the workers didn't take our order for a long time then after a while when I decided to leave they finally got to me but Id prefer food somewhere where it's better and faster and I did get it faster than the whole wait time there.

I usually never have any issues at this location. Today, Zach was a little on the rude side. I don’t mind waiting. We just had drinks. At the speaker, he told me $9.13. I gave him the exact amount. I get up to the window to pay & he opens the window back up and asks me if I have another dollar. I said sorry and got another dollar out. I became frustrated because I know what he said. I understand it’s just a dollar but that’s not the point. He proceeds to hand me my drinks. After he hands me the last one, I thank him and he slams the window shut. I loudly told him I hope his day gets better. I understand everyone has bad days but my goodness. I wasn’t rude one time and it was all attitude from him. Hopefully our next visit is better.

Every time I go there these days somethings always missing from my order this time they couldn’t even remember to put a straw in the bag and me being in a hurry, didn’t look, but it’s a given you get a drink you get a straw

Normally not one to leave a bad review but went here with the rest of my family for a dinner after a long road trip and we order through the app and food came pretty quickly. Wasn't anything crazy good but that isn't to be expected for a fast food place. Main reason problem I had was when my younger brothers wanted water the waitress was like "okay one minute." She then brought two waters out from a soda machine and told us it would be $2.36. We were all a little confused because what place (especially a fast food place) charges for water. Wasn't looking to get any crazy good food but water really could be free after already spending $50+.

I recently had the worst experience at Sonic. In Winnie, Texas I ordered a foot-long hotdog meal with onion rings, but to my shock, the foot-long didn’t even have a hotdog in it. To make matters worse, the onion rings were old, and the quantity inside wasn’t even a full order and stale, despite me specifically requesting fresh ones. I end up asked for a refund, but they didn’t provide a receipt showing that my money was being refunded to my card. When I ask for a receipt, they told me they were unable to give me one. This was by far the most disappointing experience I’ve ever had at a Sonic. Despite all of that, It took at least 15 minutes to that order that was cold and with out meat. The general manager really needs to step up and improve both the accuracy and punctuality at that restaurant.
Definitely will be reaching out to corporate office.
The service is not even worthy of one star!!!!

Wheelchair accessibility: Just click wheelchair accessibility because I had to pick something and pick Dr Pepper because I don’t even recommend the place to get any food, other than a drink

I asked for cheeseburger with lettuce, tomato and mayonnaise after three times and incorrect I think it’s unacceptable. All 3 times I had everything on it. A girl working inside informed me I needed to say what I didn’t want on it not what I wanted. The. She rolled her eyes at me. Really? Someone needs to be fired.
