Uhhh these ladies got my order right on the money. Delicious! Thank you ladies. Got my hash browns extra crispy and they did not disappoint. It’s the small things after a long day on the road. Will be back!

Traveling from Crosby, TX to Florida and stopped here for breakfast. We walked in and were never greeted or acknowledged at all. They were not busy — there were two booths open but both were dirty and sat uncleaned the entire 15 minutes we stood there waiting. The whole counter was empty and clean, but with a 1-year-old that wasn’t an option for us.

Not a single employee said “hello,” “we’ll be right with you,” nothing. Just ignored us the whole time. If this is the kind of service they give when they’re slow, save yourself the trouble and don’t even bother stopping here.

Me and a lady in front waited to order over 30 minutes when Devin finally came to take the ladies order he told her it was going to take a long time he gave her an attitude and took her order , then waited at lease another 10 minutes before he took mine , I understand it was busy but he needs more training on costumer service I will not be coming back to this Waffle House . If he didn’t want to work he should have stayed home . Not only was he mad he started to tose dirty dishes where the dirty dishes go, also he’s handling dirty dishes and make ice cups with out washing his hands . Someone also walked in and the cook stopped making orders and took and made that persons order and gave it to her why not make everything in order she was there less then 5 minutes and was served . While we waited an hour to be served and our order .

I tried to use the restaurant’s reviews. Impossible. None of their phone numbers work. I made an online order. Surprisingly it was ready 10 minutes early. The lady asked if I wanted mayo or steak sauce. Mayo please. I walked back to my hotel to find a bag full of steak sauce. So easy. So simple. So wrong. Had they published a working number or a user friendly website, this one star review would have never seen the light of day. Go to Whataburger instead.

Stopped by at 4 a.m. before work and was helped by Ms. Claudia. Unfortunately, I watched her go from sweeping the floor to handing out silverware and packaging to-go orders without washing her hands. That’s a basic food-safety concern. Claudia really needs a refresher on proper hygiene before handling food and serving customers.

We loved it the food is always good, the waitress was very good. Food portions have gone down but the food quality was actually very good. I will continue to visit this establishment
