I'm typically a huge fan of Whataburger but this place was terrible. They have kiosks so you can self order but they had the worst user interface I've ever seen. Very difficult to use.
They took way too long to get the food ready and we're missing elements of our order. There were only 2-3 customers so there was no reason for them to be so unorganized.
Lastly, it smelled like mildew.

Was a little slow in the food service but expected as the overnight shift was short handed and over loaded with customers. Chicken sandwich was a little cold upon receiving it but I was hungry so I ate it anyways

Food and service are great. The restaurant area was really nice, but the women's restroom was out of order. Had to share the men's restroom and stand guard. This was inconvenient and 10 minutes before ordering, and the men's was not very clean. You'd think management would be getting it fixed since many are coming from the Interstate. Saw a guy pissing in the grass in front of his truck, trying to be unseunscented. For Whatabuger. 3 🌟 $$

Ordered through the app. It went through and took it out of my account when I showed the employee's (first off NO MANAGER ON DUTY!!!) Billy. The lead was so rude. Refused to help in any way. This isn't over. I'm going ask the way to the top!!! You stole my money and refused or food and your employee's were extremely rude.

Stopped here a few days after my horrible experience at the Bridge City McDonald's. What a difference! Placed my order with a real person, received both a receipt and an order number. The wait was less than 5 minutes!!! Meal delivered to me, hot, juicy, exactly as ordered!
Worst customer service I’ve ever had at a Whataburger. I was knowingly given old hard food for breakfast but dinner the next evening was better except for the big fat roach crawling across the dining room. Cashier/drive-through guy was rude and didn’t want to serve anyone. For all I know, the food could have been messed with. Don’t plan on ever coming back.

Winnie Whataburger has usual mistakes. Their breakfast taquitos are way too little for the price. Used to be full size. Not any more. Not worth it $$$
Best Service and wonderful people customers and staff. Felt good to be in an establishment where people liked they're jobs and made customers feel welcomed.
