Braum's Ice Cream & Dairy Store

Poor management, poorly organized. Wanted to order dinner, 5 young people behind the counter. They all were working behind the counter, they never offer to take my order. Waited about 5 minutes with no help. The kitchen had 4 people in the back. I gave up, headed to Whataberger.

Pay for a large fry and this is what we open the bag and get. Pretty sad

The kids working there always seem lost…. High turnover it seems. Love the grocery section.

The ice cream was wonderful. A lot of choices on the menu.

Went through the drive thru for breakfast. Areli was friendly, smiling and did a great job! She was running between both windows and had a great attitude! Food was hot, fresh and great portions.

Good lord the guy employee in the pink apron is so loud and rude to his employees. It got to the point that he was yelling at everyone in that braums that it could be heard in the eating area. What a sad event to watch, even as the employees looking like they were about to cry.

I spent money on a custom banana split the portions were small. I asked for extra cream and they gave me a normal amount. I was seeing the fast food staff work. There is frustrating.They touched multiple things were scratching.Their neck pulling up their pants, not watching their hands.Handing people their food. Manager was unavailable for comment at the time. The female that was scooping out the ice cream was scratching her neck underneath her airline, while she did have her hair pulled up.She sure as hell didn't wash her hands.Prior to dishing out my ice cream, which means all her germs are all over the stuff.They stick in that ice cream container. Some of the staff was coughing. It really was quite shocking to see the behavior there end and how much they were joking around and how they don't take food care seriously. I'll just have to go back to getting containers.Somewhere else, unless they learn how to actually wash their hands and actually care for the food they serve.

It was okay I liked the hash browns

We were with the same party came in about 11:45am about to place an order and the kitchen manager is screaming from the kitchen “DON’T TAKE ANYMORE ORDERS!!” Then the cashier says sorry we can’t take anymore orders. Very unprofessional and they won’t be getting my business. It’s lunch time apparently they don’t deal with pressure well.

4th time in a row I’ve ordered a double hamburger with no cheese and somehow those high school kids can’t read NO CHEESE. Then when you go inside to get it corrected it takes 30 more minutes out of your day. Please train them better

Hamburgers were great. The restaurant was very presentable, clean, and friendly.

Very forgetful on items. today it just hit my last nerve enough to say something about it.

We encountered very happy and helpful staff and the food was good, as per usual at a Braums location. Even the bathrooms were a bit cleaner than most Braums locations.
