Horrible location. Skimpy little breakfast burritos, rude window attendant. We ordered a sausage biscuit combo and got charged for a sausage/ egg/cheese biscuit w/o egg&cheese. No change in price, That is just laziness.
Not saying Braums is bad, but they need to do better at this location.

Ordered the sausage and gravy biscuits. The tray it comes in, could be taller..when I opened it, some of the gravy had leaked out of the tray and inside the bag covering all the contents. Other than that, food was good

I was first introduced to Braum's about 20 years ago. Since I live in New Mexico, and Braum's is not local, wife and I stop in whenever we are near one.
Our closest one is in Wollforth Texas, near Lubbock.
Usually, we walk in are greeted and have great food and service.
Today, we had errands to run in Lubbock and we had struck out on a couple of things so we were looking forward to our visit to this location.
We walk in, there is no line and there are three young ladies behind the counter. And we stand there...waiting...one of the girls comes to the counter twice, doesn't acknowledge our presence, doesn't welcome us to Braum's, doesn't say a word.
We stand there a few more minutes, then leave. A first.
I would hope someone noticed us walking out and coaches these young ladies to at least acknowledge the customer when there is a delay.
BTW, didn't get my ice cream until DQ in Midland.

My husband stopped for my favorite treat "cherry vanilla pecan ice cream" after a Dr Appointment. He has been doing this since my knee replacement. It helps me feel better.

The night crew is rude . You can go in so nice and they get mad when you ask for a cup for your kids ice cream cone , or say things like ok fine this time but I’m going to have to charge you for the cup next time . It’s a small town , for allat I’ll go back to Dairy Queen and do ! Bc I don’t have time for people to act like that and ruin the whole happy vibe . One time they gave us an ice cream cone and the ice cream fell right out the cone and they said for that also “I’ll do it this one time but we usually don’t do that , youll have to buy another one “ I wanted to tell them they needed to buy me a new seat cover but I didn’t. But that’s exactly why I don’t go there . They do not care about anyone !

I was in line waiting to order & a couple cut in front for some ice cream & instead of your worker taking my order he just brushed me off & waited on the ice cream couple, so I didn't order anything, I left & spent my $$ elsewhere!! ?

First Braum’s that actually has frozen vanilla yogurt and they don’t skimp you out like the ones in Lubbock, will travel to this location before I go to another Lubbock location again ! Great service and atmosphere.

Affordable for large families!!! Our go-to place for a bag of burgers and twist ice cream cones!!! Also, a fabulous attached market to grab a gallon of milk and more icecream to take home. Everyone is always friendly and we love coming here weekly!!!
