“I went one evening during rush and there was only one booth open that was dirty. The cashier noticed it right away and cleaned it for us with a smile. There was a lot going on but the atmosphere was great and we got quick service and the food was good. The little cashier with tattoos was so sweet when it came to our service and the smile never left her face even though it was so busy. Will definitely be going again“

“The bright spot of my night after receiving the worst service from your neighbors over at KFC, I received the best night time service from your team. Y’all took the order accurately and happily. Then promptly served me with the most cheerful attitude. The cashier was hilarious and though you could clearly see that everyone was working to prepare for the end of the night, you did not skimp on the service and made sure I was aware of the survey for a free dilly bar. “I did not realize how large a large cone really was, got a large chocolate cone and they I swear they learned some special technique that really stuffs the ice cream in to the cone because the picture is of me after eating the cone for like 5 minutes and I barely made a dent into it! But yess perfectly awesome dessert!“

“I just wanted to brag on what a great experience I had at the 5002 Milwaukee location in Lubbock. On Saturday I spoke to Courtney about ordering 22 bags of sausage biscuits for my sons fraternity brothers on Monday. She was very nice and cordial. Monday morning she called me to confirm and when I arrived the employees were all so professional and helpful and all 110 breakfast sandwiches were ready on time and they helped deliver them to my car. We will definitely be ordering from them again next year. Great job Braums!“
