Ok, hear me out. Chicken is chicken, right? Wrong! Some chicken is meh, and some chicken is outstanding. The Pickett House serves an exceptional kind. Holy smokes, you guys! BEST DOWN HOME COOKING EVER!!! Superbly fried chicken, amazing beans, to die for greens…. The chicken and dumplings are wonderful…. AND WE CAN’T FORGET THE PEACH COBBLER!!! Just whoa. This place is a hidden gem for sure!
