Placed an 60$ order through the app they took my money and even sent me my receipt go to pick up the order and guess what they SAY they have no order would not help even after showing them all the proof of the purchase and payment even showing them the order number. Management would not even speak to us at all, stayed in the back hiding. Finally found an 1800 number to call and they were so helpful and they did not understand at all why they would not help us with all the proof...read full review
Staying in A hotel. Specifically asked the server for a fork to eat salad.. he said he put one in the bag.. grrr.. no he didn't..my husband had to drive back to get me one. So you know his burger was cold by time he got back to the hotel
We had a big order so naturally we waited a little longer than most. The gentleman at the window was so kind . He apologized for us having to wait and tosses in a apple pie. Yall keep up the good work !
