Several times the rolls have tasted like soap or cleaning product. The tenders are more breading than meat, consistently. Like fried chicken jerky. I live near there, I go fairly often. There’s good chance something is missing from the order. I’ve finally given up on this location. Won’t be going back.

Pathetic amount and cold. I would be embarrassed if I was the owner of the establishment and allowed this. Was supposed to be a four piece tender, but the tenders are so little that two of the pieces equals one tender. It’s like a got a two tender meal. They threw in an extra tiny piece to I guess try to make up for it, but it’s still ridiculous. If I didn’t live so far away I would go back immediately and ask for a refund.

I hadn't been here an awhile. My coworker had warned me that the chicken had been dry the last couple of times she went here. Thought I'd still give it shot and she was right. I got the 4 piece tenders. The pieces were small and really dry. I couldn't even finish it. There were pieces that felt like I was eating jerky. Service was great though, food just wasn't good.

Great food, friendly satff, showd up with 6 people. They took orders for the first 4, then just started working on making food orders instead of finishing taking the last 2 orders. Last 2 people had to wait almost 5 minutes before ordering. Food came out really quickly, and hott. Overall, 9.5 out of 10

I’m really getting tired of this Bush’s. We live in Valley Mills so there’s really nothing else coming back from Waco that’s not going to be completely cold by the time we get home. The last three times that we have gone to this bush’s, The tenders have been tiny and of course they didn’t give Extra like they usually do whenever the chicken is very tiny. Last time they didn’t even Give us all the 30 pieces that we ordered and the same thing happened this time. Not only are you giving a small pieces of chicken, charging $60 for it, but you’re not even making sure your employees know how to count. After my family eating 18 tenders, this is all that’s left.. come on now I know y’all aren’t counting each one of those little bitty crumbs as tenders. This is why I hate the tipping culture because if I had any cash, I would’ve felt obligated to give him a dollar, which I didn’t this time, but my husband tipped five dollars last time and was short by At least six tenders. And you can see how many we were short this time.
