We had to call corporate and play the recording of someone cussing us. We first spoke to a Juilanna because we received our pizza by delivery with the box partially folded. I called to inquire because this happened before with another company, but I was there to speak with the dasher who said that she got the box that way, she asked if they could close the order properly and they refused. 12-10-22 I ordered my pizza online and clearly chose curbside pick up. Gave the description of my vehicle and parked in the curbside parking spot. my order was supposed to be ready at 5:27 pm. I got there and parked at 5:37 pm. opened the app and clicked that I had arrived. At 6:09 pm I called their phone number. We have been ordering from Marco's for a minute. Love their puzza and salads!! We had a small issue arise. I did bring it to their attention and sent in a detailed account with a picture. Well the owner contacted me directly, he was friendly and professional. He proposed an equitable solution and it was accepted. I have highly recommended Marco's Pizza in the past...by word of mouth. However, I believed I needed to give a proper shout out and thank them for their attention.
