We've been trying to reach this location by the phone number they have listed on Google for 2 weeks. We were going to place a large order that had to take our business somewhere else because they do not pick up the phone. Perhaps the phone number needs to be updated. I'm not sure why a business would not answer the phone so many times. It would also be wonderful if you could start listing your seasonal items at least on your Facebook page if not on Google for your website. Now that I'm reading all the other reviews within the last year I think we've changed our mind on giving this place a try. They obviously have some janky staff that's not taken care of business for the owners. And it also looks like nothing's being done about it. Somebody actually poured their coffee out in a photo because they said it was the worst coffee they've ever had. I think I'll try somewhere else

I buy a half dozen and the girl at the window charge me $20.50 but my brother told me the price in the advertisement says $15. And it was 8:30am and they out of some flavor donuts. :( i love the flavor and texture of the donuts just the customer service isn't good. .

Went on 01-12-25 at 1:30pm and the service was horrible. They were out of ice tea and lemonade and the worker just sat down and watched her phone. I'm sure they have ingredients to make it but she was to lazy to do it. I will never go back to this place again. And I wasn't going to rate it but that's not an option it doesn't even deserve one star.

I never leave reviews ever, and I wasn’t even going to despite the terrible customer service during my visit. The reason I’m leaving this review is because the actual drink (Chai) tastes like garbage. Be aware coming to this place, nothing redeeming about it except the cool sign out front.

This place has some of the most delicious coffee I've tasted in Waco, maybe even in all of TX! 😋☕ The coffee was amazing, with such a special aroma – I savored every sip! I'll definitely be back. 💯 The donut was special, but a little too sweet for me... maybe I'll try a diet version next time.

I had a manager buy donuts for a birthday back in March. They were super delicious they had a good variety of flavors. I came back today and the staff looked annoyed. They had only two flavors left. I’m confused on the hours of the establishment. It doesn’t not make sense to open til 10pm if you’re not going to be making more donuts and be pretty much sold out of everything by 4pm.

The donuts were reheated from probably 2 days prior and were likely the worse donut I've ever eaten. The coffee was far worse! Did not end up drinking the coffee and had to pour it out.
