Friendly employees with great customer service. The ice cream is the best around. They have a wide variety of candy, nuts, popcorn and ice cream products. Definitely will be back for more.

We stopped into union grove for the first time today and stopped at southern charm creamery they are very friendly and let you sample anything you’d like and they have delicious cookies. My husband and ai both got the big snickerdoodle cookies and they were scrumptious.

I wish I could give Southern Charm less than 1 star. I ordered a milkshake. There was such a small amount of ice cream in the shake, it was really just a sweetened glass of milk, which costs $9.40. I brought it to the attention of the manager. He showed no interest in correcting my experience. He said if I received a bad product, that's just the way it goes. I would definitely say do not go to Southern Charm Creamery. They consider it to be acceptable to serve over-priced poor quality products.
