I had a terrible experience at Arby’s today. I went through the to-go line, and the person working there was extremely rude. They barely acknowledged me, didn’t say much when I ordered, and seemed genuinely irritated when I asked a simple question about the menu. Customer service was nonexistent, and it completely ruined the experience. I expect better from a fast food chain. I won’t be coming back anytime soon.

Mine was an app-placed, walk-in pick-up, visit. The food was ready at the requested time and quickly and easily picked up so I could get on my way. It doesn't get much better than this!

Arby's had their sale of beef sandwiches going on for a week at 5 for $5, when the normal price is around $5 for Each one, so of course jumped at that offer and saved almost $20!!

I would’ve given this place zero stars if I could, but you can’t so it gets a one star I am a paralyzed veteran and I called because I could not move my legs and it was too far for me to reach my wheelchair a young man picked up and he hung up on me immediately causing me to have to physically try holding myself up after falling and no one was in there so they couldn’t help me i’m disappointed in what this society has come today. especially that young man.

I placed an order online 40 minutes ahead of time, I arrived 2 minutes past the time I asked for my food. As I walked in the place was empty, there was no line in the drive. Threw multiple people behind the counter. Looked at me not 1 person acknowledged that I was there. I couldn't find the area for online pickups. And when I finally found it, it was hidden and empty. I waited 6 minutes before anyone talked to me. I told them that I had a pick up and you just said OK and walked away. Then I had to wait another 8 minutes for my food period I don't see why we do online orders for pick up for a specific time that they can't hit, especially when they're not even busy. And even more frustrating that everybody saw me standing there and not one person even acknowledged me, not great customer service. And I noticed while waiting forever that there was a spot saying please join our team with a basket.Does this even have any applications in it. This place really needs a manager who cares about customer service

All the food was cold. The fries were the worst as they were hours old, stail, and dried out. The cheese sticks were solid hard pathetic excuse for mozzarella sticks. The chicken bacon swiss was one of the worst I have ever eaten. The chicken patty wasn't even warm enough to make the cheese translucent, let alone melted. This location was a trash order. Total waste of money.
