Bad time management with dining area amd drive thru waited almost 30min for the guy to say he was swamped with drive thru and order ahead, he already had a person in the drive thru that could've grabbed the food for drive thru and at least taken our order, I would've alternated take 3 drive thru and 3 dine in, to get the flow going, but his priority was the drive thru

I was really disappointed with my visit to Arby’s. My soda was completely flat, and there was no ice in the machine—I had to go up front and ask for some. The chicken tenders were overcooked and dry, definitely not worth the price. I stood waiting at the counter for about 7 minutes before anyone even came to help me. When I finally got my food, two items from my order were missing, and I had to remind the staff to get them. Overall, slow service, poor food quality, and lack of attention to detail.

I have always ordered BLT’s and they have been loaded with bacon, not this location. 2 half slices of bacon on each side. I asked for extra mayo and it was flooded with mayo, gross. The large guy at the window didn’t say thank you or anything

Arbys ran out or roast beef today. We ordered 2 cheeses teak meals, and we waited more than 40 minutes before demanding a refund. I am almost positive they gave our food to the drive thru customers. No dine in customers got their food while multiple drive thru customers got their food. The dine in area was also extremely hot making tje experience even worse

Went through the drive thru since i was craving Arbys. Im so disappointed in the food tonight. The fries were COLD, not even lukewarm. They tasted as if they were old. So i threw them away (wasted money) and the sandwich was lukewarm. At this point im just hoping i dont get food poisoning 😬
