If I could rate 0 stars, I would. Poor quality, customer service was well below where it should’ve been. Missing food & what they did give me was an entirely different order. Not pleased, and will most definitely not come back.

Cherry turnover is great. Beef and cheddar is the way to go. Service is lightning fast. The server was pleasant and patient. Some tables could have been wiped down.Parking: Park just outside of entrance

I had the French Dip. It was good. It's not the best I have ever had, but I would get it again. The woman who took my order was friendly, yet professional. There were no issues with the staff.Vegetarian options: Arby's is a roast beef and chicken restaurant. I would NOT recommend it to someone who follows a vegetarian diet.Wheelchair accessibility: There was handicapped parking and the building was wheelchair accessible.

By far, the best all-around Arby's I have been to. The staff is super nice and helpful! It also is beyond CLEAN, unlike the one in Royse City, which is covered in mold. The food was made fresh and tasted great, not like it had been under a warmer or anything.

Worst food ever. What the heck happened to Arby's. Order was missing items and incorrect items went back to get corrected. Roast beef not the same, crinkle fries stale, bits of curly fries, I wish I left the missing fish sandwich there(it was horrible undercooked nothing crispy about it). Crispy "soggy bread peeling off processed chicken sandwich was also terrible. Smokehouse sandwich was so gross had the person nearly throwing up afterwards. I now see why others would say don't go to Arby's.

This location does have a baby changing table in the men’s bathroom. It had cigarette ashes etc on it. So it was not clean in the slightest. I took the moment to wipe it down today, 12/13/23.

Mona, the manager, and all the staff were so friendly and attentive! The food was prepared perfect and brought out very quickly. I love the wide variety of options like gyro, rueben and French dip sandwiches!
Got home with my meal Arby’s sandwich french fries and a cold drink. The french fries were so salty I couldn’t even eat them plus the bun on the sandwich was cold. The dr Pepper drink was fine. Tried to call them several times and got a busy signal every time.

The past. Two times i've a problem. My online order was given to someone that i didnt know. Had to refire my order. Now my order was not even put in. Yes it was 20 min ahead. But server was told no not taking her time. Im spending 100 a week here im sorry im upset

Idk if food handling has changed or not. But I just left this location and witnessed a worker handling the roast beef with her bare hands, as she put it on the sandwiches. I really hope this isn't the norm?
