No one in the store but 3 lonely old and dry pretzels. It’s 3 pm in the afternoon. How come there’s no selection to choose from that is fresh? No one wants to pay for it old food that has been sitting for who knows how long. A little disappointed. I won’t bother with these individual store fronts. Never have a visited this store in a mall and didn’t get hot and fresh food. Don’t bother with any location other than a mall.

Sad in terms of customer service. We ordered two bowls that took 10 minutes to create. We were the only customers in there. The bowls were placed on the counter. This makes two times I’ve paid for inedible pretzels. It was so hard because it was so burnt. I had to trash it after one bite. A few days ago, this happened and the pretzels (yes, several) were so burnt, my 4 year old niece said, “someone needs to teach them how to cook!”
When money is tight and all one wants is a small something to brighten their day. Only to pay for and receive this! How can soneone EVEN THINK it’s okay TO SELL something that looks like this. I know they’re kids. You’ve employed many of my former students. But… COME ON!!!
It wasn’t a busy time. I ordered, pulled up, waited 20 minutes at the window. (I’m okay waiting because I’m fairly patient.) but…: Something needs to be done! There is no excuse for something to be sold that is THIS BURNT!! Please use my photos for training purposes. This is a pretzel that SHOULD NEVER EVER BE SOLD to a paying customer!!

went here today for smoothies and pretzels. We got the salted pretzel bites, and they were fresh and delicious. It was brunch time, so not too busy. The bites were fresh and really tasty. The staff was nice and helpful. I would recommend this place.

12:48 pm on 2/24/24….the door is locked from the outside because the employees were overwhelmed with customers. A customer finally walked out enabling me to walk in and everyone was just sitting there like I wasn’t knocking on the door or anything.

Worst Auntie Anne’s we’ve been to! I’ve only been to this location twice, including tonight and both times the staff was rude and the pretzels were cold and obviously had been sitting out for a long time. The Firewheel location is amazing, so I don’t know what’s up with this location, but avoid going here if you can! It’s worth the drive and inconvenience to go to Firewheel cause at least you will be treated politely by the staff and get hot, fresh food!

Excellent customer service at the drive thru window- the gentleman was friendly and accommodating to my daughter's order.
Kid-friendliness: A smoothie wasn't available in a kid's size;however, the gentleman at the window came up with a win-win idea to accommodate us
