There was a language barrier from the very beginning that made it difficult to order. It took 10 minutes to order 3 meals; 2 large Brisket burgers with no mayo, 1 with an extra patty and a kids cheeseburger.
The soda machine was low on carbonation so the drinks were flat.
The brisket burgers at $12.99 are a joke. There’s hardly any “brisket” on each one and the brisket in question is exactly like that microwaveable “Lloyds BBQ” “meat”. It’s pretty much just a nasty bbq meat paste.
We were the only people inside the lobby and our food still came out like warm. The cheese was still cold and not even melted. The fries were not edible as they were over salted. Definitely not a well spent $35.37.

Lady in the front I don't know if she is a drive thru cashier or what but she is rude and very very slow her name is Pamela. I can give it no stars if possible always slow. If you don't like your job leave. It's a fast food restaurant not a dine in.

First of all, I was the ONLY CUSTOMER. The only customer they were waiting on. And my chicken sandwich was freaking COLD; it was clearly sitting under a heat lamp for hours. I would have been happy to wait for a fresh one. And then the moron that gave me my order - Jessica - didn’t even bother to check it. I ordered onion rings, and got fries. And even then, they were far from fresh and barely warm. As long as I sat there, and being the only customer, there’s no excuse for not making the food fresh. And making sure my order was right. What was Jessica doing the entire time I was waiting for my order? She clearly wasn’t making my food fresh, so what was she doing? Looking at Facebook? Beyond disgusted with this Burger King.

Look, this is one of the few fast food places around that still has employees that give a crap about good customer service and quality food. Ck it out folks, and if you're lucky enough to deal with the manager lady, Modesta, you will be even more satisfied. THEY RULE!

I went to the drive through. I got my free Walker with extra. Everything on it like I always get. I always talk about how that's my favorite bird cause I'm not a burger person, but I love Burger King flamed burgers. I was really disappointed. It was cold and the bun fell apart. And when a bun does that means it's stale. That's not a happy camper disappointed

Took the swiss mushroom burger. It was nice. Probably need to add more mushrooms. I only saw & ate 4 small slices of mushrooms. Yes, I counted them.

Soda fountain broken, no sweet tea, commonly out of burger patties and other common items, staff got my order wrong on repeated occasions, given the wrong food, charged the wrong price and no refund. Do not come here for your own safety and peace of mind.

I haven't been to this Wylie location in 2 years and it is still the same. If I could rate it zero I would. We ordered two whoppers a double whopper and two large fries. Both whoppers were made wrong and they didn't even include the double whopper. My husband had to go back and get it. This is why we stopped going there but since we had finished a basketball game with grandson we thought we would give it a try because we were hungry. We will definitely not be giving them our business ever again. So disappointed nothing has changed in two years. Still making them wrong and still not putting everything you ordered in the bag.
