Seaira was amazing today! She did everything to make our experience perfect today. We go to this location often and it was the first time to be blessed with her. Rachel has been our server many times and she’s a true joy! No matter who serves us, Rachel sees us and makes sure our special preferences are known. Each visit has its own blessings and today it was Seaira!

Food service and atmosphere are good but the place is going down hill when it comes to being clean and matinence. Dirty over all and the ladies bathroom stall doors won't close or lock.

Our experience was great, as always!! Host seating us was accommodating and friendly, server Brian was AWESOME just like he was in the past and food was delicious. Ask for Brian as your server you won’t be disappointed!!!

Last minute decision for dinner. Burgers are still great as long as cooked thoroughly. I ordered the old timer with cheese, it had too much pink in the middle, I had to send back to get a well cooked burger. The new burger was juicy and delicious. Fries were nice & crispy. Our waitress was awesome.

Great service and great food. We shared the trio fajitas, the shrimp, chicken and steak were all delicious! Had the drink of the day, a bit sweet but for $6, can't go wrong! And who doesn't love Chili's chips and salsa!!

My chicken was literally so burnt to the point of it not being eatable. Usually the plates are full too it looks like leftovers. Literally dine at chilis all the time and it’s never been like this. Don’t know what they had going on up there. Want a refund couldn’t even eat my food after a long shift.

I always get really great service from the servers here. It's Chili's, so expect nasty bathrooms... You'll find that here, so go before you go. We ordered bone-in wings as an appetizer, but they came out boneless. They fixed it, and they were much better than I expected...bbq & some kind of spicy honey. Then I ordered the triple dipper. I ordered bone-in wings again ( yes, I like wings). They came out boneless again. Again they fixed it, and everything was great. Everyone in Willow goes to this place for dinner every day of the week, so get there early if you can eat early, or you'll probably end up waiting for a table. The bar usually has spots open. It's Chili's not Bob's Steak and Chop House, but it is a good Chili's.

Our server was Ashley and she was very proactive. She brought a family member an ice cream for their birthday and was quick on refills. I tried the dragonflies lemonade and got a to-go cup. Excellent mushroom swiss burger and fries.

The food is still really good, just the Brisket quesadillas would be great if there was just some more , well Brisket 😜 😀 😂. Find the picture in this update review and judge for yourself 🙂
Original review from 2016 :Really good service tonight no complaints got our drinks to us quickly and the appetizers also. The main food was really good no issues here, our waiter kept the drinks full and checked in several times to see if we needed anything.
