Chili's Grill & Bar

I never like to leave bad reviews given that I work in the industry and know things happen, however tonight experience was beyond disappointing. I ordered uber to go and when I arrived and asked for my order they pointed to rack where they keep orders unsupervised where they apparently are just for grabs because our order of $77 was missing. When I raised the issue the young lady very nonchalantly just told me to cancel my order, no urgency or sense of responsibility. I had to specify to her that order was mine and it was needed to be cooked again. I waited another 15 minutes and took it home, when I got home, the food was undercooked or poorly cooked. Needless to it will be a very long time until I order from this store again.

I don't think I have been to chills like this one in a while. We walked in and smelled so good and friendly service. The food was served nice and hot very fast, definitely going back.

Disappointed! Chili queso dip, picked up at 8:40 tonight. Water down, did corporate change the recipe?

The staff was friendly and kept checking on us . Had a great time , food was good and hot . Drinks were good

Got rid of their chili. At Chili's. Somebody better get Mr. Chili on the phone and get a grip.

Chili's mad the right move with the 3/me burger+ ... I highly recommend the Mango Lemmonaid even if you have to order an H20 chaser.

We usually like Chili's for a casual lunch or dinner, and stopped in here for a quick late lunch. It did not meet or expectations for a Chili's. Service was poor and quality was below par.

I did Chili's To Go, and they have now stopped allowing us to text them to bring the food out when we arrive. They now require you to go inside to pick up your To Go orders. This is inconvenient, but not the end of the world. But they still have the giant concrete bollards in place. There are no flags/poles on them either so you can't even see them outside your door on tall vehicles, like mine. I have hit the edge of my door on these the last two times I've been here. Either remove the bollards or continue to bring customer's orders out to their vehicles.

To top it all off the gave us asparagus on two steak dinners that were supposed to have fries and broccoli instead. The steaks tasted great, but my son and I both felt the steak had an excessive amount of gristle. Not happy.

Aftee waiting 25 minutes for a $30 order on burger and quesadilla with 2 drinks. They missed chips and salsa in my to go order , and that's pre packaged so a little ironic. The food was ok not as hot as like it to be .

Great location! Our Server Alexis was awesome! Only down side was my to go order was literally thrown into the container, and the chicken was soggied by the mashed potatoes, and the mashed potatoes tasted like chicken and corn. But overall, it was a great experience dining in.

Love my neighborhood Chili's- great atmosphere, always great food and service.
We had a problem with ordering online, but when we came in to order our "to go" meals Nivia took great care of us. She was amazing and brought our food out super fast.

Every time my kids convince me to do this Chili’s, I regret it. Whether we eat indoors or do takeout there is always a problem with service. Inevitability, they miss parts of our order on takeout.

I’ve finally learned to never do delivery and to check the order before I go home. Even still, when I realize something is missing, the bulk of my food gets cold and soggy while I go back I sit the restaurant and wait for the item(s) that they missed in the first place.

And all this is after I tipped 20% on my takeout order.

My wife and I eat here almost every week since we moved to Wylie six months ago. We love the food and the friendly staff. We recommend the chicken crispers, house salad and the baby back ribs.
