I don't think I have been to chills like this one in a while. We walked in and smelled so good and friendly service. The food was served nice and hot very fast, definitely going back.
We usually like Chili's for a casual lunch or dinner, and stopped in here for a quick late lunch. It did not meet or expectations for a Chili's. Service was poor and quality was below par.
I did Chili's To Go, and they have now stopped allowing us to text them to bring the food out when we arrive. They now require you to go inside to pick up your To Go orders. This is inconvenient, but not the end of the world. But they still have the giant concrete bollards in place.
