EDIT: I don't know if it was a mistake or an update based on feedback they received, but either way I commend them for acknowledging the price spike in their dishes and bringing it back down to a reasonable price. For that I am raising my review up to 4 stars. I think the main dishes are fairly priced for their quality, and the service has been good lately. I am docking 1 star because I do think their "premium" meats and guac extra charges are a bit overpriced.ORIGINAL REVIEW:The food is good, but not sub-$20 per dish good. They have consistently been raising prices over the past 2 years. This most recent time was the biggest yet. And you still want to charge extra for the "premium" meats and guac? Sorry, but your food is not worth it anymore.

Worst customer service, rude, they failed to fill up a small sauce cup, paid $44 for a bowl and a burrito and they asked me to pay $7 for a quarter of a small suace cup. $7 for a tea spoon of suace is insanity.

My husband and I went to grab lunch and took the food home. We have never been for lunch and they have won me over!! Queso is yummy and I got spicy shredded chicken build your own burrito. I was so excited to have the options of corn that did not have onions and tomato without onion. If you go to Freebirds or Chipotle everything has onion. Seems small but is very big to me. My husband got a bowl with fajita meat and chicken and he loves the jalapeno ranch sauce. Definitely my new build your own burrito place. Service was great as well and place was clean.

Observed a couple of flies flying around the food bar and landing on food and food contact surfaces. Horrible customer service, rude and unprofessional. A lady- who claimed to be the manager- told me she will need to charge me extra if I ask for queso on the side in a tiny plastic cup, it has to go in the bowl to be included in the price. I asked her why she said because the amount of queso on the side is larger than the amount that goes in the bowl. Then I asked her to just pour into the plastic cup the amount of queso that would have been poured into the bowl and she said no. For them customer satisfaction is a very low priority. They will ignore you. The manager and another lady were sitting at a table talking like they were customers.

Food was great, had the nacho entrée. Plenty of food for two. Alcoholic beverages, (Black berry drink and Hotel Romeo) weren't light on the liquor and were really tasty. I'd visit again.
