Just ordered from this place thru door dash and we had to request a refund because your rice is not cooked all the way , it was raw . Could not eat it because i do not want to get sick . Very unsatisfied.

I see why this place has the ratings that it does. I never order from here even though it is 5 minutes from my house. But today was a late night at my house. Never again! Ordered on line said order would be ready at 9. Waited at the window for 19 minutes additional minutes. I ordered a burrito and got a taco. No joke. You guys will see the pic.

We went here today for lunch, I had my 3 children and myself, and was waiting for my husband to meet me there to dine in the restaurant before taking my daughters to hunt Easter eggs after. We ordered our food and then a rude employee starts telling me how if we are going to have this big of an order we need to order it online and go through the chipotlane. Mind you- no one else was in line and maybe 2 other people were in the store when we were ordering- it was NOT busy at all. I told her it was not a to go order and we were eating it here. She then doubled down not once but twice and I said that why would I order it to go through the drive through to come inside and eat and she said it’s just common courtesy 2 other times. I went to talk to the manager and he said oh I didn’t know- I’ll talk to her. Not even an apology. What? How does that even make sense. I won’t be going here anymore. Chipotle do better. And hire less rude people. Idk what the problem was but it’s no different than having 5 people in line who want to eat in the store. Are we just telling everyone that they have to order online now? Make it make sense? Be prepared if you have a family that wants to eat inside Chipotle for them to be rude to you at this location. One family of 3 showed up when I was almost done ordering- they were not asked to order online. Just such a confusing experience. I would rather drive to Murphy.

We order lunch from here from time to time is the website and almost every time they make it wrong or give us day old food! You can tell today we got day old chips.. I don’t know what we keep trying but it truly is hit or miss. Sometimes it’s good other times when it’s bad it’s bad!!
If I could I wouldn't even give one star. We did an online order for pickup. My husband ordered a bowl with double the chicken and when we got home to eat we saw that they didn't put any chicken in his bowl at all so he goes back to get his order fixed and at first they tried to give him a very small container of chicken which my husband had brought back the messed up order with the receipt which had double chicken and he said that small container definitely was not a double portion of meat and the guy told him it was a single portion and my husband had already given him the receipt so he tried to give us less than what we paid for and my husband told him again that he paid for double and unfortunately we didn't get this man's name but he was just rude and gave my husband nothing but attitude. This was on Monday the 4th around 8:15-8:30PM

Chipotle is a HUGE chain, and this review is for this restaurant. I was visiting from out of town and was pretty upset with myself when I discovered I left behind some personal items of significant personal value. I called the restaurant several times over the following few days and no answer. I was fortunate to have a chance to be in town a few days later and stopped by. They had found the items, but a manager had taken them home with him. I left my name and number for them to call me once the items have been returned to the store. Weeks later, and no call. It takes a certain kind of special to steal a customer’s personal items. Unfortunately, I am just not willing to put the courts through prosecuting for petty theft.

My wife and I get to go food here on occasion. On the evening of 1/24/24, we got a couple of bowls to go. All of the "warm" ingredients peppers, rice and meat were insanely cold. The sour cream, cheese and guacamole were extremely cold as well, it was just weird and not appetizing. (I understand these are cold ingredients, but they tasted like they were in a freezer and slowly coming to temperature) It's going to be a while before we visit this location again.
