We have frequented this location since it opened and eat here almost on a weekly basis and the food and service is usually great. We usually dine in but on July 9th we called in an order for pickup and experienced the worst customer service ever. My husband was already on his way to pickup the order, I placed order for 2 meatloaf dinners from the Texas value meals. When she gave the price $28+ I reminded here the meatloaf was $9.99.she then told me that not all locations had those value meals and Wylie was one that did not have the Texas Value meals. I explained to her that yes they do as we have the meatloaf special almost every Wednesday which she advised she couldnot changethe pricing to talk to the manager once at the restaurant. When my husband arrived to pickup our order he asked to speak to the manager (Boz) but was told he wasn't there but told my husband the special was for dine in only. Had the order taker had of been truthful instead of lying I would have canceled the order. There is nothing worse than being lied too like she did. Doubt if we will ever return to Cotton Patch. Lying is the worst customer service trait in any industry.

Every single time I order delivery from them they never ever ever place the country gravy in the bag. I end up having to dip my chicken fried chicken in barbeque sauce and their mashed potatoes need that gravy.
Great BLT Sandwich, especially with avocados on it. Atmosphere and waitstaff are always a pleasure.

Love this place. Had a wonderful ribeye steak with grilled shrimp. The sides are always a treat too. The wife had the chicken fried chicken that she loved. Topped off the order with desserts to go. Country music playing in the background. What's not to like? We will be back.
