The service you get vs being in the restaurant to eat is vastly different.
I placed a reservation for a catered meal for 15 people on Wednesday 12/10 and picked up the order 12/13 between 4:30-5:30.
The food for the catered meal was subpar. The chicken looked and tasted dry with barely meat the bones. They mixed up the order and didn’t pack the right sides. I had only one pan of Mac & Cheese and 3 pans of sweet potatoes. They also didn’t pack the cinnamon sugar and butter for the sweet potatoes. When I peeled the skin on the potatoes there were green spots which looked moldy.
Overall this catered meal for the 15 people was disappointing and not worth $250. You are better off going to Sam’s Club to get several rotisserie chickens and sides from the deli.

Picked up Re-Heat trays of various sides for Thanksgiving’s dinner, After opening trays they were not even half way filled. They stated it was good for 10 ppl and it was not enough! Very very disappointing as I was shorted for 10 ppl and yet it was $30 each tray.

Not happy with staff wearing gloves while taking orders. Gloves should only be worn when handling food. Not food, trash, payments, bags, cups, cleaning tables. Its unsanitary and a very huge risk to people who have immune compromised bodies. And then all 7 high chairs are broken! Every visit here gets worse and worse. Unsafe food practices and unsafe seating options for kids.

I haven't eaten here in quite some time because it's always hit or miss with them, mostly miss!!! The chicken was so salty that it was inedible and the baked sweet potato was burnt all the way through which also made it inedible. The mashed potatoes were just nasty. The place is always clean and the staff are always nice but the food is almost always disgusting so I'll be crossing it off my list once again because to spend almost 80 bucks and no one ate their food is a huge waste!!
Loved it! Great tea, cups you can take home & reuse, nice atmosphere, nice workers, and good chicken. Only critique is that the mac n cheese isn’t cheesy/flavorful enough. Heavily recommend the twice baked potato side though, best potato I’ve ever tasted. About $15 per person if everybody gets drinks, but food is worth it. Next time I go I might try the enchiladas
