I can't understand what was going on with our delivery person, but they were not only NOT pleasant delivering our Friday night pizzas, but they came like THIS (see photos) and ONE pizza was COMPLETELY WRONG!
I know it's hard right now, I've had a hard time, too. But if you KNOW what you are delivering to paying patrons is UNACCEPTABLE, just BE HONEST! This is INCREDIBLY ridiculous, Domino's Wylie!!
The photos have a time stamp, so if there's ANY discrepancy, I took the photos SECONDS after they were delivered!

What can go wrong with a pizza? Well, the order delivered from this store will let you experience that. Terrible, half baked, doughy pizza with giant chicken pieces that was QUALITY CHECKED, delivered to our doorstep. Will never recommend this to anyone. Try Murphy or Richardson location if you can.

I give up with this place. The last few times I have placed an order online, they charge me and then tell me there’s an error and the order doesn’t process. I’ve never had such crap luck ordering a pizza before with any Domino’s location.

Guess I should've read the repetitive experiences here prior to dealing with them. An hour and a half later, no courtesy update so called in, to find out that they would still need another 25 to 30 minutes (that would put them at 2 hours), obviously anyone would still be disbelieving of the new timeframe. Just needed a simple dinner of a pizza for the night, didn't need it to be a whole ordeal and a project. Staying away from this location.

This Dominos Pizza was good, but the reason why I didn’t rate this one 5 stars is because when I picked curbside pickup, they didn’t bring the pizza box to me.

Pizza was terrible. We ordered 3 different pizzas. Two hand tossed and a thin crust. All 3 were just awful. Over baked and virtually no sauce on any of them except the one that we requested extra sauce on it. Even then, the "extra sauce" was barely even a regular amount of sauce and it wasn't evenly spread across the pie.
I called up to ask for a refund and they informed me that they could only remake the pizzas for me, so I agreed and went back up to get the remade pies, but they were only marginally better. By the time I got back home everyone had found something else to eat for dinner. Very disappointing when we had guests at the house. Will not use this location again.

Ordered from them just last night. Order was 28.10 gave a tip making order 30.10 someone at their establishment felt the need to add more charging my card 35.10 taking money from peoples accounts is insane now I have to wait for a refund after having extra money taken from me. I would definitely use cash at any pizza place from now on.

It doesn't matter what experience you have had with Dominoes or where. The pizza showed up an hour and a half late, the pizza had hardly any toppings, the pizza was scrunched up to 1 half of the box, the pizza was an hour and a half late, or there are next to 0 on the toppings. The fact is, Dominoes sucks. They have good deals, but if the good deals are for really crappy pizza; is it a good deal? You order a sausage and black olive pizza... you get 5 pieces of sausage and 7 slices of olives. That on top of almost no cheese. You know how you get the "Cheese it up" option? That means: "Would you like a normal amount of cheese on your pizza"? The sauce is like... someone put sauce on the pizza and then scrapped it off. What you get, is the residue of a once sauced pizza. Ordering extra, is almost like getting a normal amount of toppings from other places. For 6.99 you can get a pizza with almost no sauce, very little cheese, toppings so thin, you have to take them off and put one on every piece, just so you can have a slice with at least one topping. At Mod Pizza, for example, you pay 8.99 and get a range of sauces, cheeses, and toppings galore. One of these days, I am going to post pictures of a 6.99 pizza from Dominoes, with an 8.99 pizza from Mod Pizza. Dominoes is just so bad! It's ridiculous how bad Dominoes is.
