The ladies were super nice and on a cold day like today in the hot chocolate is 100% the way to go. They of course have the Fantastic Donuts that they've always had but venture out and try something new is there is a lot more to Dunkin'.

New management, new employment, & great customer service. Come on by for some fresh donuts & coffee.
Prior to shopping I stopped to grab some donut holes for my daughter and a sour cream donut for myself, very tasty, the employee (possibly manager) was very kind and professional. The selection was fresh, i think we stopped by around 11-12pm. I don’t drink coffee so I can’t comment on that :)

They're never open on time. They don't even open until 8 a.m. which is crazy for a coffee place. They also close super early. I do not recommend this place if you want coffee at a reasonable time. Save your time and go somewhere else. Not worth it. They should close and put something else there in it's place.

A lady there proceeded to put whip cream on my coffee then placed a smaller cap on it while squishing the whipped cream into the coffee then taking all the whip cream out and acted like nothing happened and gave me my coffee and ran back.

Second time I ordered a medium hot cup of coffee and was handed a cold old cup. I returned it both times the first time they gave me a fresh cup it was hot. This time the girl working said she make me a fresh cup she comes back and hands me and obviously microwave coffee disgusting 🤮 coming from the northeast I’m an a dunkin coffee person. This is a disgrace and they have the donuts sitting by the drive thru window 🤮

The iced tea, iced coffee, hot coffee and iced espresso are all fantastic! The staff is really nice as well, especially who I assume is the manager. He’s always very friendly, accommodating and very knowledgeable! It also doesn’t totally feel like you’re inside a Walmart, which is nice. So happy to have this Dunkin in our area!
