Came for one of their promos where you get a free item with a drink purchase - they have two lines and the second line was sitting still for 10min but the first line was constantly moving. We all got here at the same time but everyone in the second line was delayed but 10-15 min versus if they had just gotten in the first line. Very poorly organized.

Love this place, only recommendation is if we do mobile orders we shouldn’t have to sit in the long line of people when we have an order that should be ready. From the time I placed for picked up to when I got the drink was a 10 minute difference.
I had a free medium drink and redeemed it, went shopping, and dropped the drink all over the floor when it was still full. I went back to get a new drink and told Carmen (I’m not sure if that’s spelled right) what happened so she let me get a drink without paying since I was unable to enjoy the first one and then Bree and this other girl, I’m unsure of her name but she had blondeish hair, accidentally made two of my drink instead of one so they let me have both rather than wasting it. I always have a good experience here, thanks y’all!

I LOVE THEM!!!! First of all, the coffee is good and you can make any adjustments you like to make it how you love it. But the employees can 100% alter your experience anywhere you go. Every single time I come here, every single employee is kind. They’re all happy to explain, give details, offer options and they’re great conversationalists. They seem to really enjoy being there and talking with people in the drive through! They get people through quickly and efficiently ((kinda like the chic fil a of coffee))
