I love this location, there’s one girl here I believe her name is Jemma, or Gemma (not too sure how to spell it lol) but she is the SWEETEST!!! She made my day and I was only in the line for a couple minutes. The atmosphere here is so great, I absolutely adore the team and the wonderful customer service keeps me a repeat customer!!
Went to Dutch bros for the first time ever and am I lucky to end up at this one. Had no clue what to order but instead of getting annoyed, Alyssa suggested a variety of things and allowed me to take my time ordering. She was extremely patient & kind and I ordered the caremlizer (her suggestion) …my only regret is not ordering a bigger size because it was DELICIOUS. 10/10 for coffee 10/10 for service and as a fellow service industry worker myself, this kind of hospitality...
This has been my go to location since it first opened. The team is the absolute best! GEMMA is the sweetest ever, she has my “custom” order memorized 🫶🏼 yes, a whole custom order. Every time I pull up she stops me from saying anything and asks, “the usual?” - makes my day every time!
