There are very minimal times I feel compelled to write a review of a restaurant. Today I feel it's necessary, service is unmatched, employees always have that positive vibe edge over other fast food restaurants, whether thats the positive greeting in the drive thru that most fast food places dont have anymore, or the smile and welcoming when you walk in. Food is great and definitely worth the price. And the atmosphere is super chill, usually pretty clean, bathrooms always nice, and staff always checking to make sure you leave with a smile. Just shows how a chill and fun atmosphere makes for a successful restaurant!

Vegetarian options: They do have a veggie burger

Kid-friendliness: They have various nights as they call "family nights" where they take an extra step further and set up face painting, toys, and fun treats for the kids to enjoy!

This fast-food restaurant is slowly losing its charm. One of its cashiers got mad at me after I rejected his soda offer. His frustration was unnecessary. Some of the food items are too small for an average adult. Flavorful, but underwhelmingly small. The chefs need to make their sandwiches bigger. A price reduction would be nice, too. If you're generally curious about Freddy's menu quality, I recommend eating these 2 sandwiches: "The Double Jalapeno Burger" & "The Patty Melt".

The team was having a rough night, that was obvious. But they were very apologetic and made every effort to make things right. Everybody has a bad night. My burger was awesome. The tots were hot, the iced tea was fresh. All this on a Friday night. I will be back.

Quality continues to drop. Went from boxing the burgers to bags. Now decided to make the cheese curds smaller not longer the box with a LG you get a smaller cup. Foods inconsistent one day there’s too much seasoning on the burger next day there’s none. Food is still good, but service and quality has dropped a lot.

Food is always delicious & today the service was awesome. I work at SandsRx Pharmacy next to Freddy's. Our boss bought lunch for those of us who braved the snow & ice to come into work today. I called a couple of times to ask about placing a group order. I spoke with I believe Alex & Abel. We placed the order online & we were just about to go pick it up when Abel, walked in the door with our order! I'm not sure if I'm spelling his name correctly. We want to say thank you for walking our order over. That was very nice of you.

I love their burgers and custard. I had it a lot when I was younger so it brings back good memories.

Went to this place tonight 11-23-24. Walking in was like walking into a refrigerator. Placed our order and it came out in a reasonable time however both of our burgers were covered in mayonnaise so much mayonnaise it was oozing out the sides and all over the top. The hamburger was very bland. Fries were as normal. We have been to the Terrell location which is much better. This Wylie location food is horrible.

Hi, we found a wallet out side the restaurant and we decided to ask the clerk if he can ask if someone lost a wallet outside otherwise it will be return to the police and a young kid claiming he was the manager was demanding to give the wallet to him and recording my family. so we said no, we told him that the wallet will be returned to the police and the manager was harassing my family asking for that wallet, we could not eat there because he was right on our shoulder asking questions.
We had to leave and some of the customers left also because the situation was not very pleasant.

Please teach your workers that the procedure for a lost wallet is to return it to the original owner or the police not to the 3rd person, wallet was found OUTSIDE the restaurant not inside.

Wallet was returned to the police same night, the police officer said that we did the right thing. It is disappointing that we were being good Samaritans but the manager was insisting on wanting the wallet for himself.

You lost a good and honest customer just for your greed.
