I'm currently here and it’s 10:30pm and no one is answering the speaker to take our order. It’s not the first time this happens and I’m upset over this. I see the workers but they won’t even look to the window. No courtesy!!

Lmao, this place has turned into a joke. Horrible food, horrible service, especially by this one that wouldn’t say her name, give me a receipt, or honor the sandwich chip drink deal because I didn’t want the drink, she needed me to go get the drink. In hide sight I regret not getting the drink so I could spill it all over the counter. She was the absolute worst person I have ever met as a customer service representative for a business. The gas pump failed as well, it clicked to turn off when the tank was full. It did not turn off. It spilled gas on the ground. As a former gas station attendant, thats not safe. She refused to acknowledge that as well saying that’s not her job. Well I honestly hope you don’t have a job anymore because you’re a danger to society working at a fuel station. Thursday 9 pm July 3, 2025 middle register on the left side if you’re facing the counter, here’s the picture she wants to sue me for so you can identify her. I’m willing to consider a settlement for your pump not shutting of when the handle clicked off.

Ordered a kid's chicken burrito. I received a steak quesadilla. Returned it. Said I need a kid's chicken burrito. Waited another 5 minutes and then received 5 barbacoa tacos. I gave up.

Fuel city used to be my favorite car wash…the guts would wipe your car down and shine the tires. The last two times I’ve gone it’s been awful. The time before last the guy cleaning my tires asked the other if he was gonna get the spare on the back of my jeep he stood up and said if I get a tip. Did not shine the tire. I gave it another shot and went today I got the ultimate wash and non of my tires were shined and they half assed the wipe down. Go to scrubbies in Lavon they give fresh towels for the wipe down you have the air to spray between cracks and if your not gonna get the tire shine anyways that your paying for them why not just do it yourself! Very annoyed with fuel city they just do t care. The Lavon shop payed for my second time to go through because it didn’t get all the dirt off. Super nice people wish they had a MOD at Fuel city so he could have fixed the issue. I use the car wash 3-4 times weekly but the guy I complained to said one customer isn’t gonna close us. Real nice! Get someone who is there for more than just a paycheck before you lose all your customers.
