This is one of the worst golden chicks I have ever been to! Super slow and the wicked wings I love have been over cooked on several occasions. Order is alway wrong/missing something. Tonight was it for me and this location. Ordered online and drove 15 mins to get it. Got there and the food was still not ready and had to wait an additional 35 to 40 minutes. Did I forget to mention my last visit before this one the employees were fighting!? Just ghetto! This was definitely my last time going to this location! Hate it!

Service was terrible! Will not come back to this location! Order online for pickup. I ordered 2 meals + drinks with no ice but they filled them with ice. I asked them to correct the order. They took the drinks to the back to transferred & filtered out the ice to another cups rather than just dumped out those drinks and filled them up with no ice. I told them that I don't want those drinks that they were filtered out ice and transferred to another cups. I wanted 2 new cups so that I can fill the drinks myself at the fountain drinks in the dinning area. He got mad, furious, and yelling at me for not taking those drinks and threw the 2 new empty cups to me.

We went inside the restaurant day before yesterday, no one in line before or after us. We stood there for over 10 minutes, no one came to take our order. Tried to get someones attention but no one responded. We could clearly see people working the drive thru orders and they could see us as well.
