Fast food in 2024 what do you expect. All fast food charge as much as restaurants and don’t even staff the place. The ice dispenser was empty and no tea in the lobby. Only one person working counter and cooking. Took 10 minutes to even take my order. No ac. No employees high prices. Sounds like a cash grab to me the franchise owner should be ashamed
I usually enjoy ordering from here however my last visit was not so great. Chicken tenders were decent but the fries were old and soggy, gravy was thick and cold, and the yeast roll was crusty

I used to work at at a Golden Chick in Fort Worth TX in 2020 and this is so nice and friendly. I don’t have money for food but since I am a former employee they cover my 3 tender combo it’s so good!Parking: It was easy to find parking
Arrived at 12:30 PM and had to wait for chicken to be cooked. I was asked to pull around front to wait. Chicken was good once I got it.

Arrived at 245pm, ordered 3 piece combo and 9 piece wing. Didn’t leave get my order till 334pm…..the absolute worst efficiency ever. No update till I walked in to see why it was taking so long. Horrible experience on the last day of 2023

Never been to a Golden Chick until about a week or so ago! We always drive by plenty of Golden Chicks and decided to stop right on in! The ratings of this Texan chain made me a bit nervous, but I have to say, we were pleasantly surprised by the food, and the service we received here!The spicy wings were great and I would definitely order them again. The spice was actually a good little kick. Some places say their wings are spicy, but disappoints.
Golden Chick in Murphy gave us fresh chicken on top and day old sun lamp burnt chicken on the bottom and we didn't appreciate paying 40 plus dollars for it. Quit trying to fool your customers.

Since this Golden Chick opened, I've had good service. The older gentleman at the window is very nice and polite. I usually get the chicken tender meal, but I stepped out of the normal and went for catfish.Man, that was a good decision. The fish was so freaking good. I was so surprised. It was golden and crisp. It was so fresh and hot. I was amazed at how good this fish was. So I recommend you try the fish if you haven't. If you have tried it, you already know!!!
If I could give a zero star I would, An employee from this location stoled and kept my credit card information and was charging my card randomly. Thiefs are working at this location. CUSTOMERS BE AWARE!!!

I recently had two consecutive disappointing experiences at Golden Chick, and unfortunately, it has left me questioning whether I'll return in the future.My first visit was for dine-in, and despite patiently waiting for a server to take my order, I was completely ignored for a frustrating 10 minutes. The lack of attention and service made for an unpleasant start to my meal, leaving me with a negative impression of the restaurant's customer service.Hoping for a better experience, I decided to give Golden Chick another chance and opted for the drive-thru on my second visit. Unfortunately, the disappointment continued. The person taking my order was surprisingly rude, displaying an unwarranted attitude. I was taken aback by their behavior, as I had done nothing to provoke such a response. It's disheartening to encounter such rudeness, especially when you're just trying to place a simple order.While I have enjoyed Golden Chick's food in the past, the recent decline in customer service has made me reconsider whether it's worth enduring subpar treatment for the sake of a meal. It's my hope that Golden Chick addresses these issues promptly, as a restaurant's success is not solely based on its menu but also on the quality of service provided to its customers. Until then, I'll be exploring other dining options in search of a more pleasant and customer-oriented experience.

I ordered online 2 boxes but when I went to pick it up there was only one box. I hadn’t realized until I got home and when I called them they said the rest of the order is there. So I had to drive 8 miles to go pick it up. When I got there she tossed me the box and didn’t even say sorry! She replaced the breast with a thigh! Her attitude has really bad towards us.
