This location in Wylie is my go-to for both cakes and cookies! The staff is so welcoming and patient, even during busy times. The cookies are always seem to be fresh and worth every penny. They also do a great job on custom cookie cakes, which have become a go-to for all events. Highly recommend for anyone with a sweet tooth!!!

Same visit, my husband finally tried these cookies! When I was a kid I’d always get a sugar cookie at the mall, they still taste the same today! Their seasonal flavors - burberry muffin, lemon, and strawberry cheesecake- were also tasty. We ordered a cookie cake from here not too long ago - also a good experience. Service is good, orders are ready on time, great location!

Same visit, my husband finally tried these cookies! When I was a kid I’d always get a sugar cookie at the mall, they still taste the same today! Great American Cookie in Murphy did an amazing job on my parent’s birthday cookie cake! We had a Hawaiian theme for their party and this was the perfect celebration sweet treat! I highly recommend them for specialty cookies and cookie cakes!

So, I had an awkward moment with one of the employees there. I am not sure if they were an associate or manager, but I found it a bit unprofessional to speak poorly of someone else's workplace. I walked in wearing my work shirt (as I had just gotten off), and wanted to surprise my kids with cookies before picking them up. The first person (in a grey shirt) was friendly and kind, but the person checking me out said some pretty awful and opinionated things about my place of work. You may not like where someone else works and hold opinions about them, but to discuss those while on the clock with a customer is not okay. That makes me not want to come in at all again because I would not like to run into the individual. The event happened on 06/17/2024 around 5pm.
Ordered a birthday cookie cake online. I didn’t have high expectations as I was asking for a custom design I wasn’t sure they would be able to do and my goodness they did such an amazing job. 10/10 thanks for the awesome bday cake for my son

If you place an order online make sure you call to verify they actually processed the order. Order my cookie cake 5 days ago and paid for it online Fifty bucks and showed up and they don't have my order. I'm waiting as I type this! That is the WHOLE point of ordering in advance!!!!! Now I'm getting some day old cookie probably.Beyond irritated. Won't be back.Eta: they tried to give me a cookie smaller than the one I originally ordered online. My husband had to come back the next day to get the cookie we ordered ?

DELICIOUS!!! My Achilles heel is a Double Doozie!! Any 2 cookies with a generous scoop of their fabulous white icing in the middle. The cookies have the perfect ingredients and flavor profile. It will change your world!! GO!
