If you place an order online make sure you call to verify they actually processed the order. Order my cookie cake 5 days ago and paid for it online Fifty bucks and showed up and they don't have my order. I'm waiting as I type this! That is the WHOLE point of ordering in advance!!!!! Now I'm getting some day old cookie probably.Beyond irritated. Won't be back.Eta: they tried to give me a cookie smaller than the one I originally ordered online. My husband had to come back the next day to get the cookie we ordered ?

I ordered an ice cream cake a few days in advance. On pick up day, Saturday, I went to pick it up. However it was not made or given away (I am not sure). I am sorry but I cannot recommend anyone to get an ice cream cake here. HOWEVER, I commend and appreciate the ladies working who we're very apologetic and helped me cancel and refund the order. They didn't get defensive or rude, just accepted the incident and did their due diligence to make it right. THAT is customer service even when things go wrong. Thank you for that. I do recommend to the owner looking into removing this from the menu if it's an issue. We got a few cookies there which were FAB - do recommend those

DELICIOUS!!! My Achilles heel is a Double Doozie!! Any 2 cookies with a generous scoop of their fabulous white icing in the middle. The cookies have the perfect ingredients and flavor profile. It will change your world!! GO!

I love y'all ! The staff is super friendly, fast & accommodating - they take requests for extra frosting in my Double Doozie cookie. I offer to pay extra each time because it's extra effort on their part, but they always say it's free of charge, so I put $ in their tip jar as my way of saying thank you for not giving me attitude. Alot of other food places would be irritated by a request for extra stuff. I'm going to be a regular at this location, ordering the exact same thing (it's the only thing I've ever ordered, starting way back as a kid in the 80's, when I frequented their stores at all the D/FW area shopping malls).Outstanding customer service !!I rank them WAY UP THERE at the tip- top of the list, along with Chic-Fil-a !!*** I'd give 10+ stars on here if I could ***

Terrible experience with a… let’s just say “sassy”… loud young lady with red braids and pink acrylic nails. I even tipped after her rude behavior, as I try to uplift other women, and I feel bad for people who make their living on these kinds of jobs. How many people still tip after poor customer service? I’ll never take pity out on them again. (I have proof on my bank statement that I tipped, btw.)Super rude, unacceptable behavior. Was upset that I quietly and politely asked for my 2-ingredient ice cream to be mixed evenly between two flavors. She tried to argue with me… I caught her shouting about it in the back with big hand movements when I walked back in.She greeted and said thank you to all customers except me as they left. Seemed bitter and jealous, unfortunately. Never returning. Never even ordering on UberEats again. I’ll drive to McKinney, after I make sure that it’s not owned by the same people. I’m not lining the pockets of anyone who lets that kind of behavior occur in their place of business.

The quality of their cookie cakes has gone way down! I don't think I've seen a thinner cookie in my life! So disappointing. It was for my son's birthday and I was embarrassed to serve it!

*This location does NOT accept online orders. Despite GAC’s website allowing online orders to be placed at the Wylie location & the text messages they send w details of the order’s delivery, please call the store to confirm if the order went through.Unfortunately, I found out my online order was neither received or made (bc it was never received) by the store until after coming home from work, expecting my order to have been delivered. I got several messages with details that my order was “confirmed” and that a driver was sent to my address (details of the drivers name and ETA were all provided.At home, after finding out no delivery was made, I called the store immediately to inquire what happened. They explained that their store does not accept online orders and that the website system has a glitch. The staff member was very apologetic and took my order number & phone number down to get in contact with the manger. She shortly called back letting me know that I can stop by the store and pick up my cake with the design I had offered and they would make it on the spot, without further charge.I greatly appreciate the staff’s help and customer service since it was a last-minute order for a birthday cake that same day. They were apologetic about the order confusion and overall, I was get what I needed at the end of the day. The only downfall was receiving the cake late, having to drive to the store, and not receiving a refund for the delivery fee.I hope GAC will update their website soon to prevent future miscommunication about online orders for potential customers.
