Went here in the middle of the night and the food came out quick and was great! Service was fantastic as well. Will be coming back for sure. The woman who served us tonight was great.

Love this IHOP. Tried the Avacado toaste with egg and bacon Saturday. Timra is great. She always checks to see if her customers are doing ok or need anything else. Highly recommend sitting in her section for the best experience at IHOP.

If I could give this IHOP a lower star than a one I would. The employees and manager are super incompetent. I made an online order and it said it’d be ready at 10:39. I got there at 10:35. I waited in an hour with asking multiple times where the order was And they said oh it’s made we’re just packaging it up now and that was at 10:50. I left there at 11:39 and they still haven’t made the food. Multiple people came in to get seated, and even they got their food faster than I got my order, which was never.

Thought I’d give this location another try, hoping that their service had improved. Nope. It got worse. Only a few people in the place but still not a single server could be bothered to visit my table even once after I was seated. After waiting 15 minutes without acknowledgment of my existence I walked out. Last chance for this store. Never going back. I sincerely hope they go out of business and someone builds an actual dining establishment here instead if this pathetic waste of real estate space.

We waited 15 mins after being seated and no one acknowledged us even if short staff to take our order. The place was NOT even busy or had many customers. My son and I just got up to leave and not one staff member said anything. There are too many other choices to accept such unsatisfactory service. I have not been at an IHOP in a while, now I know why.

Hate to see what has happened over the years at this ihop. Today I stood at the door for over 5 minutes waiting for someone to acknowledge and seat my group. When someone finally came to the front to seat us, I was greeted by a “my bad, OG.” Professionalism already out the door. As we were seated and ordered our food, a group of employees were standing by the kitchen area talking loudly, cussing and doing everything but working. The young man finally took our order and while the restaurant was almost completely empty, took well over 45 minutes to bring our food out. Had it not been for the nice waitress named Cam, who was serving a completely different table, we may still be there 12 hours later waiting for our food. The service was absolutely terrible. The manager doesn’t appear to know how to manage and lead a team of professionals. Which may be difficult to do when she is not acting professional herself. After being dissatisfied with our service, the best ihop could do was provide a 10% discount when in reality, that experience deserved a full ticket discount. Can’t say that I have a desire to go back to this ihop after receiving the sub par service today.

All 3 areas were awesome! We especially wish to honor our waitress Ms. Sonya who did a wonderful job of serving us and always has anytime she's been our waitress! Enjoy all your tax free tips young lady and all who work in the hospitality industry and don't forget to thank Trump for those recent legislative works to help the American people in the trenches! The food was also excellent and we throughly enjoyed it! The restaurant was clean and ready for all it's patrons upon arrival and the facilities are kept up, so the atmosphere was great too.
