I’m not sure what is going on , but this ihop is not the place . I went in here with my family this evening and waited over 20 mins no one came to ask what we would want to drink . They kept walking pass us the whole time , my son kept saying why are they keeping so long , it was obvious that we had waited for so long . So we just got up and left . If I had the option for no start I would pick that instead.

So, we went to this location for dinner. The waiter did his job well. It took longer than it should have to get our food. I don't think the cook knew what he was doing as my friends Salisbury steak was salty and a bit overcooked. My potatoes were not made right (you could tell they were the cheap flakes). The food was not hot. When I went to pay, the manager was touching the food plates on the top instead of the bottom. The restaurant itself could probably use a good deep cleaning as well.

Two servers, and two tables, but took 20 minutes to take the over. At exactly 8:01 pm, which put us after the IHoppy Hour. I asked them to honor the discount since it wasn’t our fault they didn’t come back. The server asked someone and couldn’t honor the discount, but offered 10% off. Not good enough, but we took it- we were hungry. Both my parents ordered off that menu, and I ordered the most ridiculously expensive thing on the menu- the Nashville Chicken Melt. The 10% came off one of my parents’ meals but not the other. At this point I didn’t feel like getting into it over $1.50. I’d already had to ask the second server for more coffee, because only the single cup was brought, and mom’s omelet and pancakes were lukewarm. This is the 4th time my parents have been to this location with similar service. We are very understanding when staffing is low and a restaurant is busy but this was not the case, and our server didn’t seem interested in turning our visit into a positive experience. We left and the dirty table next to us was still piled with dishes. Please get it together IHOP. This pattern appears to have already lost a lot of customers, I don’t recommend sending more away.

I don’t know why I abuse myself coming here. I’ve tried many times. It’s been over a year and the food still suck. I just can’t believe they are still open with all the complaints. Omelette made hard eggs. Just awful. I’ll see if my dogs will eat this

The service wasn't very good. The service and the server...OMG, where should i start. I'm not even gonna go there. The food barely had any heat. My husband give his food back. COLD!!!! It was also wrong. Crazy, because we repeated our order to the server at least four times. Can you ever get hot food at Ihop? It definitely seems like an impossible task for them to do.
Grand kids loved it. Waitress was outstanding. Orange ? juice refills were given to the grand kids.A different waitress was a little less kind when we were attempting to pay at the front desk because it had a c card reader; how were we to know we couldn't pay there? Tomorrow we're talking the kids to a different restaurant for breakfast.Kid-friendliness: Treated kids kindly.

The staff here is awesome they work very hard. I'm a regular at this location. I've always gotten my tres leches pancakes fresh, fast, and as always delicious.
Very friendly and attentive service by Madyx. The food was fresh, hot, and delicious. The restaurant is very clean and seating was comfortable. I highly recommend this IHOP location!
