Dec 17 2025. I ordered a chicken ranch sandwich for pick up. I paid $15 for a chicken ranch sandwich that barely had any chicken or ranch. I had to go buy something else after this. I will say though, it really depends who's working because I've never had this issue here before and I've been here 4 times.

I stopped by this location and ordered the number one. To my surprise, when I got back to my office and opened the sandwich, it only had one slice of ham and one slice of cheese. Very disappointing. It felt like the staff didn’t care about the quality of the food or the customer experience. I won’t be returning to this location.

Went in at 9:15 and ordered a sandwich that required to be toasted but employee Kayleigh said that wasn’t possible due to them turning off their ovens an hour before closing! Why have something on the menu if you can’t properly cater to the customer during operation hours. I can understand a couple of minutes before but an hour is ridiculous.

Door dashing and Got there at 9:40 to pick up a order and they were already closed and locked up manager needs to shows employees how to close on time I got a bad review because of this. Hopefully it won’t happen to someone else
