The produce is almost always expired and disgusting. Forget even doing a pickup because they will take your money and take DAYSSSSSS to fulfill it claiming they are understaffed.

Last week, May 1-4, I bought 2 pkgs of the Kiolbassa Polish Sausage. Tonight, I cooked 1 pkg. It didn’t taste right, so I checked the expiration date. It was MARCH 6th! The other pkg was MARCH 21st! Obviously, I am partially responsible for not checking the date in the store. However, March is egregiously old when on the shelf the first week of MAY! This store continues to go downhill. So sad.

Waited over 45 mins for our confirmed pickup order. Had several items told not available. Went on store and found all of them. Sounds like lazy service and if you have a confirmed pickup time and get there on time maybe the people could have courtesy to inform customers they are running behind. Seems like manager needs to train them better

I arrived ON TIME to pick up my click list order and it took nearly 40 minutes to receive it. The employees were doing their absolute best but it is clear that they are very understaffed, likely due to your store trying to cut costs by reducing hours. This leaves the remaining employees with double, sometimes triple the work. Kroger only cares about money. You are running these employees into the ground making them work so incredibly hard, and all they get is lousy pay and yelled at by customers. This is completely unacceptable. I will consider returning as a customer when you treat your staff like human beings.

Did not get half my groceries at pickup tonight. Have not had time to run back up there yet so I have been trying to call. First time it rang 15 min then they picked up and hung up. Now it’s been ringing almost an hour. So much for customer service desk,…..

This location is absolutely horrendous. I have attempted to contact the customer support division for over 2 hours and I have been ignored. I have contacted other departments and have been told there is no store manager available... I have been hung up on while trying to get information regarding my lost debit card.
I frequent this Kroger because I love the Lola Savannah coffee, the pharmacy(Wylie)is really good & has what I need when I need it and I love the discount on gas.

Good Job today, Kroger. the store is filthy, the self checkouts were filthy... but they did have an ample stock of TP and paper towels HOWEVER i had to choose either wiping my behind or wash my hands. Really? we couldn't get one of each? Hey Kroger, stop assuming everyone is "hoarding TP and PTs" maybe we are just trying to get enough to use while we are stuck at home.

Even though everyone has made a mad dash to Kroger bc of Coronavirus... this store is in great shape. It’s clean and the employees are in good moods! Janice (in the picture attached) is funny and runs a tight ship. Her line moved 2x as fast and very efficient.
